Second time at Gotham and both jobs were on point! Finished tinting an entire SUV in less than hour today and my car was brought in on-time from which I scheduled on the website.

I’ve now had two cars tinted at Gotham (one brand new back in 2016, and my 21 year old wagon today). They treated my beater with just as much care as they did my nice car. Phenomenal work, quality materials, in and out in an hour, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

I had someone shoot at me in Waterbury and the tint kept the window in tack It didn't shatter I don't know they might have bullet proof tint there just saying ps that's real no cap I didn't get paid to say this

Had my tints done here once they did a terrible job I asked for them to do it again and they charged me again so much for lifetime warranty I highly recommend not going to this place you’re better off anywhere else they only seem to care about money then customer satisfaction
I was told by one of the guys there they’ll redo it again no charge but ended up charging me anyway I spent about $500 with them and they still didn’t seem to get it right my front windows are darker than my rear windows too and I didn’t want it like that from the start but they don’t seem to know how to make things right

Gotham Auto Works never fails to impress me. I have gotten multiple tints done by them and every time they do a phenomenal job. Both of my BMW’s had 20% tints and multiple details on both of my cars.
Customer service at Gotham is always first class. They always took care of me and treated my cars well.
I would continue to go back to Gotham auto in the future and I would highly recommend them to others!!

I drove an hour and a half back to Gotham in my new car after having my previous two cars tinted there, however ended up going with ceramic this time. They really have it down when it comes to being professional, time efficient, and having attention to detail. They even washed my car for me as well which I greatly appreciated!
