Good products, but poor customer service, I feel discriminated against, undervalued, if you ask for help the employees get angry and worse if you ask them to help you look for materials such as wood because those that are in poor condition tell you no. I can choose, I have to take what there is. Also the PRO service, it is terrible this year I bought deck materials, it took almost a month to deliver my order, and it was almost a month because I had to go almost every day to follow up on the order, for this reason of delay I had to give a discount to the client for the delay in time to deliver the work, I lost money on that and the contracts that I lost due to this delay were 3 contracts, this caused me losses this year, and the worst thing is that no one at Home Depot made responsible, only ironic smiles bad service

The staff here does help and locates other employees who can support in correct department. I have shopped at multiple Home Depot. The staff makes the difference here in Danbury.

Paid $8000 in full before the delivery and installation of 2 Feather River entry doors and an Andersen 400 specialty transom window including installation. Promised an 8-week window but got half an order 6 months later. The molding on one door overlapped and one door was put in crooked- yes crooked. The contractor mismeasured our transom and forgot to reorder another & pulled off the moldings to that window & threw them away. We went in and Millworks told us a new one was never ordered, they ordered another wrong window and charged us for restocking. We were told everything was Energy Star certified but they never gave us the certificate or the stickers that were put on by the manufacturer. We went over our order and noticed we were charged for things we didn't get, and our screen door was supposed to be re-installed, but the contractor threw it away. Waiting for refund of money.

Customer service training needed. Walked in, stood at the front desk, 4 employees talking to each other a few feet from me, no one offered to help. Finally went looking for someone but the person we found didn’t know if they had the product we needed. Went back to the front desk and asked directly for someone to help me.Came here because of the great service at Ring’s End in Ridgefield, but it was two very different experiences. Won’t come here again, which is a shame.

The manager Jim is very disrespectful and needs to take some courses in customer service because he was vey rude and overly aggressive I’ve been to pretty much every Home Depot in the state never had a problem of customer service making phone sales the manager Jim literally told me “it’s not that I can’t he just didn’t want to” it kinda seemed like I was discriminated against!!! They tried to undermine my intelligence and came at me very aggressively and as a customer I would not want to deal with this staff if manger handled things so unprofessionally I could only imagine how trains his employees corporate needs to get involved and retrain this manager who lack simple basic customer service or just simple respect for another human being!!!

Peter was very unhelpful. I asked him to perform a receipt lookup for a defective lawn mower over the phone and he refused to help me. I asked if there was anyone else that could help me and he refused to give anyone else the phone. I live over an hour away and it’s very inconvenient for me to drive there for them to look up a receipt.

Going downhill fast. Almost completely overrun with foreign 'contractors' making either cash or debit card purchases. It is a little sickening to see.

Visited today for the first time in a while. It was a pleasant trip, the stroe was well organized and pretty clean. Employees were setting up Halloween merchandise and putting out more plants. Whenever I needed help, it wasn't too long before I found someone. I left content and with some of what I needed. I just wish HomeDepot's paint selection included mineral based paints for consumers (like myself) who seek a more earth friendly option to interior painting.

The store is well-stocked and has a wide variety of products to choose from.The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help customers find what they need.The prices are competitive. The store often runs sales and promotions, so customers can save money on their purchases.

Short in staff .. staff is friendly and give a lot good advice .. a lot of heavy machinery rentals are available..price is on reasonable as compare to all other hardware stores.
