justin took me in--- I explained my problems -- I asked justin if I should say a few min, he said no I have a loaner and that he would call me when the truck was ready. I drop off at 9 am got a call around 130 pm that the truck was ready and problem was fixed (software updated needed) and went to pick the truck up

Work was completed in the approximate time frame, and Laura at the check in desk, couldn’t have been more helpful, and she kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. Very satisfied with all.

Great, friendly place to work with. I bought a used car and needed some fixes and Joanna was very helpful in getting me everything I needed. She was friendly, personable and let me know all I needed to know to get my warranty to cover the cost and what I'd have to pay out of pocket.
