It is a shell of what it used to be. The store reminded me of Sears just before it closed for good. Whole sections walled off and barely any inventory to shop.

There’s none in my area, so I go here time to time. You can find something for anyone when looking for a gift. This is my “go-to” store when I need a cheap item for someone with a small budget. It’s worth the drive here.

I gave them one star because you can't just leave it blank. I scheduled graduation pictures for my son. This review is not to say JC penny has bad service. However, how do you provide a service such as "graduation photos" yet not provide, at minimum one cap and gown for the shoot. What are people paying for them! Don't state or sell a service of graduation photos. And if you don't provide cap and gowns, be sure to state that as a fine print!

I had to walk to the front of the store 3 times in order to page someone to the departmentWhen I entered, I asked if someone was available in the department as I wanted to order some Blinds. In the end, the manager helped me. However, I have to return to the store to place the order again, a waste of time..
