The service people tried to scam me by only offering the synthetic oil and pay well over $100 for a basic oil change. On top of that they didn't refill any of the windshield fluids and said their "pump was broken". Had I known all that I would have gone to a dealership and just paid $40 for an oil change and fluids. You would think if your "pump is broken" you would have bottles of fluid stocked up to give good service but that's just asking too much. Have zero interest in ever going to a jiffy lube again, service was THAT terrible.

Jiffy Lube drained my CVT oil instead of my engine oil and knowingly let me drive off the lot. The car stalled in the middle of Federal Rd and a 'CVT Error' and check engine light came on. A quick oil change turned into a 3.5 hour ordeal as their mechanic tried to rectify the situation. I was able to drive home but the check engine light is still on. I am horrified that they tried to return my car with NO CVT oil and I am concerned at the effects this will have on my transmission. This was the first oil change done on my brand new vehicle. I will never trust any Jiffy Lube to service any of my vehicles. What they did on 11/2/2023 was completely unacceptable and dangerous.Service: Oil change

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. All the staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have gone to this location multiple times and have only ever experienced excellent service. The manager is also very fair and takes the time to personally communicate any mechanical issues with you. Highly recommend!

First time customer and let me say, this may be the best oil change experience I've had in a while. The team at Jiffy Lube was quick to greet me and asses my car needs. Everyone who interacted with me was kind and knowledgeable. The cost of service is pretty typically for my Jeep. They even vacuumed the inside of my car!! I am very happy with my visit and will return! Thanks Ryan and Omar for your help today!

Thomas was extremely professional and on top of things, they seemed to all work like clock work including the last person i saw who let me back in the car and told me what was done! Amazing, the service was truly incredible. I went in for a oil change and a tire rotation, when they took the tires off they noticed my breaks were completely worn out and offered to fix it. But they actual brought me out to the floor and showed me just how bad they were. Not like other places who just say somethings wrong, but won't let you see the problem first hand. The service was very speedy and all the staff were respectful and didn't do any work without my approval first! And the customer service was top notch, they even vacuumed out the seats before they were done! 10/10 Jiffy lube is definitely my go to from now on!Services: Tires
