If I could give negative stars, I would. For 2 days I've been trying to purchase windows, they've been understaffed, non responsive, NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL, I had to go to the place again wasting my time, potentially losing a customer, etc ... Really disappointing after doing business with them almost 20 years. Great job ... NOT!
