This is a great store. It's really big. You have a great selection. There's lots of stuff, a lot of clothes. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is part of the mall so there's a lot of parking.

I love LL bean. The quality is excellent. If you need return an item , it's very easy. I usually ordered on line. It's that simple and I have it the very next or within two days.

this was so bad every corner i walked there would be 1 employee staring me down i couldn’t and they were everywhere talking thru they mics i was gonna buy coats for my whole friends fishing trip never mind honestly bad bad and bad some kids entered and made more of a fool but yet the employees were on us the whole time maybe because we looked diffrent but no clue never gonna go back

Don't bother returning defective purchases here you won't be helped. I bought a relatively expensive winter sports jacket here last year and had to exchange it within 2 months for a broken zipper, I was not upset and moved on. Come this winter the new jacket broke in exactly the same manner, again after about 2 months of use. At the danbury llbean store i was flatly told (by the manager) that they would not exchange or refund the item, and that they only could look into how much repairs would cost me. Its about 2 months outside the original one year return window, however it was exchanged less than a year ago due to a defect. This couldn't be a more crystal clear design/manufacturing defect (has to be one or the other), and this jacket isn't some cheap $80 pullover that i could just toss aside as used up.Llbean customer service wasnt much better, although a bit more polite. Now I have to pay to mail it in and just hope they refund or credit it, with no assurance either way. They seemed basically helpless to affect customer service, repeatedly telling me that the stores were now their entire return dept!!! This has been a massive disappointment.

Stopped in today, as LLBean was having a sale. One of my go to spots for quality outdoor clothing & supplies. Today, I had a 15% off coupon plus a $10.00 off coupon making my gift purchase a huge score! What made this purchase special was they had “tall” XL in stock & on display! Kudos to the staff at LLbean, as everyone is very helpful & knowledgeable about the items they sell. This store is always well stocked & super clean.

Store with a wide variety of quality made clothing . Was an Eddie Bauer shopper for many years but LL Bean is now my 1st go to clothing store. Service is exceptional.

L.L. Bean is top notch and the Premier outdoor store in my opinion. The clothes are nice, they fit well, last well, and their warranty and guarantee is amazing! True, you’ll pay a lot more for items here, but they are quality. If that means something to you… I highly recommend shopping here. Also, their outlet stores are a lot less expensive than good choices there as well. Apply for a credit card and save another 15 to 20%!
