I had a booked appointment today for 10:15am for Danbury location which was confirmed the day before as well. Upon arrival, the office was dark, locked and closed. I was not alone with others also waiting outside the door with schedued appointments as well. There was no call, no text, nor email to say that the office would be closed - not even a sign on the door. In calling the office to see what is going on was pointless since no human picks up and you cannot even leave a voicemail. Beyond the rudeness and inconvenience, apparently not only by my experience but by other's reviews as well, it can be concluded that this is a TERRIBLE and INSENSITIVE business and should NOT be considered for any services. {I would not have given even "one star" except I needed to in order to post this review}.

Not very impressed with patient centered care. If she's by herself and find some days busier than others the patient senses it

We have been going to this particular Labcorp facility for years. Because of that we are well acquainted with their appointment, check-in, insurance and billing processes. The staff at this location has always been welcoming and helpful until today. We arrived and said "good morning". There was no hi or good morning. In return, we were met with do you have an appointment? Are you fasting? etc. Not the usual person that we know, but OK no worries. Personnel changes due to #COVID19 are to be expected. Ignoring the feeling of impending doom in my gut, we gave her our lab orders and she asked if we were ready for the urine sample. We did not expect a urine sample to be needed so we told her we would do it after the blood draw. I went to the car to get our water bottle. Upon returning, she asked if we were ready to do the urine sample insisting as if she could not do anything else until the urine was collected. We advised again we would do the urine after the blood. Then she goes on to explain about insurance/billing, at which point I stopped her to advise her the process was "xyz" and that we were aware of it. She got visibly annoyed saying , in an annoying tone, "I'm trying to help you, sweetie" then proceeded to explain the same thing I had just told her. Are you kidding? I just explained "the process" and insist on continuing to waste our time repeating the same thing? I DONT THINK SO. There is no way we would let a rude person draw stick a needle in us. That's a #dealbreaker. We demanded our lab orders and walked out.

Blood draw automated system is great, office, medical staff was great and professional. They didn't sent lab results to my doctor. I'm trying to call, the automated answering system doesn't work - when we select the number it doesn't transfer and no one picks up the phone. Terrible!

Was very pleased with my visit considering the reviews here. My technician, Tim, was fantastic. I told him prior to starting that I don't really have veins, like any at all...walking dead style. He was not phased by this and was confident he would be able to easily find one. And sure enough he did! And after only 2 sticks which honestly is a miracle. He was very pleasant and friendly. I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes, even with the added difficulty of finding a vein.

Brian, the same exact thing happened to me! I'll never go back, Quest Diagnostics, here I come. The lady was so rude and abrasive, no "hello, good morning how can I help you", instead I got a sigh and a gruff "do you have an appointment". The people in front of and behind me all got the same greeting. One woman manages the desk, phones, and does the lab work. Terrible.

This location was the best for drawing my blood, time spent wasn't long at all. It was fast, easy and efficient.

Twice lied that I'd receive a copy of my lab report. Straight to my face. If you call to hold them to their promise you get a run around of excuses and attitude.

I have been there four times in recent months. There is an extremely pleasant woman who I think is the only staff member there. She hits the vein instantly with no pain and you are on your way...….

Waiting outside the office because the nurse decided not to show up today. Supposed to open hours ago called the main office and they said theres nothing they can do about it. What a bunch of morons.

Avoid this place like the plague. It's an absolute joke. They have 1 person working every time for the last 2 years I've been coming however I stuck through because the woman working here was very nice and considerate. However they recently changed staff I guess and the gentleman working here now is slower than a tortoise and is rude and unprofessional. Everyone in the packed waiting room complaint haven't even checked in yet....Time to find a new lab.

Polite and actions consistent with what staff say they will do. Difficult to reach by phone.

Went to this place on Saturday 11/4/17 for a simple blood and glucose test. The place was supposed to open at 8am. First employee arrived at 8:05am but she couldn't unlock the door, because the key was supposed to be left in the hallway in their secret hiding spot. I won't tell you where the spot is. But this is a public building with separate offices...the building is open to the public. This lab thinks so little of it and its customers privacy, they actually leave the keys in the hall way. Anyone could easily find the key...and I guess someone did, because the lab couldn't be opened. The employee stated, that we could wait 45 minutes for the manager to show up, but it was unlikely they would find the key. Aviod this place if you can

I hate getting blood taken. People always can't find my veins, go back and forth between arms and then leave me with huge bruises. So far 3 out of 3 times - all different people - have gotten it in one shot and left no bruises. Today I had 9 tubes pulled. As for the wait.. most I waited was 10-15 minutes.. but that makes sense since it's a walk in place. I go around 11 on Saturday and so far I've been the only one there.

Same experience as Sarah. Have 10 am appt, waited till 10:30am and then just walked out. There were 8 other ppl in the waiting room and one woman helping all of them. Saturday is the busiest day and you have one person on! Come on! Forget this place! Worst!
