Had to grab an air filter and showed up 5 mins before they closed. They greeted me like they were just opening. Not rushed or made to feel like I was keeping them there. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

They need to move their location or stop trying to take ownership of all the parking in the residential street. I live in the street they're located in and they take up way to much space. More so than they need. I understand having ownership of the parking space in the front and sides of the store, but to complain about residents of the area parking in the parking lot that seems so far away from their store it shouldn't have anything to do with them is unacceptable to say the least. I'm going to gather up some people to complain to the state if they tell me to move my car again. You don't make enough business to even need all that extra parking near the blue apartment building! The place is dead half the time anyway. There's plenty of space for your staff to park

The best parts around the quality of the parts are way better than any other parts stores. parts counter person in Norwalk store Mr. Chris Loyd Radeschi is great over the phone and very helpful. Always get quality parts with no defects unlike other autoparts stores, He also took the time to help explain to me what the part does and why the mechanic said I needed it. Excellent service. customer for life

If I could give less than a star I would. 45 minute wait for a part ordered to their inventory. They couldn't find it, insisting it didn't exist. Guess what, it's real. Never going back, downgraded so much since they closed their last location.

This place use to be good but ownership change and now you go in there and have to wait a long time to get service i came to make copies of 2 truck keys and was waiiting for some one to get of the computer soo after 30 minutes of waiting i was told they dont have the keys and the guy didn’t even bother to look to see if he had them i will give them a few years and if the service dont change they will be out of bussines.. stay away from this place

I purchase quite some parts and spent some good money here for two vehicles thinking I would do all the upgrades in that coming week. The first vehicle took longer than expected and after a few weeks still had not used the parts for the car. The parts had been sitting in my trunk since the day of purchased untouched so I decided to return them until I actually start the project. The cashier, Ray I believe, then told me that the parts were used. He opened the box and showed some oil marks and accused me of opening and using and trying to return. I told him I did not open the box at all. He then noticed one of the two gaskets were missing and proceeded to make indirect comments to hint that I took it. I then realized that they had sold it to me that way since I never checked or opened the boxes. I tried to explain why I was returning and that when I get to the project I would be buying the parts. He kept ignoring and not acknowledging. I asked the other nicer guy who had helped me previously and sold me parts to help out and he did. I was frustrated at being accused of being a thief and a liar, over a gasket, when I spent all this money on parts. I was definitely not trying to steal a gasket and I pride myself on having made great living without ripping people off. I will no longer go there and will get the parts from elsewhere. It's unfortunate they will lose a customer over something so simple.
