Honestly extremely disappointing! The nail tech who did my nails initially when we sat down explained that she can do a much more “stronger” type of gel . I am not sure if it was called hard gel or builder gel as I do not recall the name but I do remember she stated its purpose was to be stronger in terms of durability and lasting longer and mentioned it would cost more. I agreed to do it and at the beginning of the process when I showed her the design I wanted, she said it’s easy and also stated if needed towards the end she can “improvise” the design to make it look more pretty, once she did my nails, I asked her if she can add one flower on a nail and she instantly said it’s going to cost $10 more to add the flower.
I found the pricing here to be quite strange compared to other nail techs I’ve visited. Simple designs that are usually included elsewhere were being charged as extras. When I questioned it, the tech backtracked and offered to do it for free or at a reduced price, which made the situation feel awkward.And ultimately did it.
On top of that, I had my nails done on Sunday and by Saturday—less than a week later—one of them (my index finger’s nail) completely came off. For the amount I paid, the quality and service felt very disappointing. Overall, I feel the experience was not worth the money, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered Luxx Nail and Spa to find that it is under new management and several updates have been made. I hadn't been there in several months.
The decor has been freshened up and newly painted, many new products have been added, and there now is a huge selection of nail and gel colors.
As always, the Nail technicians are pleasant and professional.
They always ensure everything is sanitized and clean.

I went to this salon for the first time and I spent $104. I got a manicure and pedicure. I paid for the powder and went away on vacation. And my nails chipped after a week. I was told they were supposed to last 3 weeks to a month and they chipped after a week? Can’t believe I paid so much and was extremely disappointed. Will never go back.

This place rips you off. The interior is drab and the color selections are sub par. I’ve had many bad/weird experiences here in the past but have randomly returned to see if things changed since I live so close. I am finally writing my review because this was the last time they will rip me off. Their average pedicure which they refer to as a green tea comes out to $53. They have other selections that go up into the $80 range - which is ridiculous. I tipped her $15 which she added to my total and than calculated the tax so that’s another $2 dollars I shouldn’t have to pay. To add injury to insult they added an additional $3 dollar credit card fee making my bill $77. Go to Natalia nail salon which is another local salon. They don’t have many nice colors but they do a good job with your nails and the pedicures are great and nowhere near as expensive as Luxx. Wish I could give zero stars because there’s nothing worst than smile in your face type of people who take advantage of poised compassionate natured type people. A suggestion to their salon: Try to be more customer service oriented and stop acting as if people are ignorant by taking advantage. Was in town and went to get a basic mani pedi with my mom and had a very positive experience. Staff was friendly and professional and atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. No frills, but that's what I prefer. No complaints here! Would come again.

The girls at Luxx save my nails and helped me forget the disaster I had with the other nail salon. NATALIE was so funny and professional. They did a fantastic job ..I love it there
