It’s like shopping at a pawnshop. Some days you might be lucky to find a brand clothing for cheap price but first make sure you have enough time , you will be going through the entire store just to find one thing that you need or like.

Store manager wouldn’t let me return pants or shorts without receipts because he did not recognize the brand. The cashier remembered one brand even though they were both purchased at Marshall’s with Marshall’s tags on them.
Edit if I had my receipt I would have brought it. Store policy with out receipt is store credit. The staff didn’t even scan the tags they went straight to the manager. It’s ok it’s 25$ to not have a customer anymore. I already had an issue with your customer service at your southeast location last week when your cashier gave me an attitude telling me “well are you going to pay for the rest of the stuff under your cart” which was my daughters carriage and it was stickers from Michael’s next doors. And I said you can ask me if I have anything else and I would tell you no these are from next doors as you don’t sell stickers here.

Very good selection of shoes and a decent selection of furniture, they also have many items on clearance like clothing and accessories, not too crowded early in the morning.

I haven't been to this Marshalls in years, mainly because it was also so disorganized. It is a lot neater now, but the aisles were crowded with warehouse carts so it was still difficult to shop there.
