They gave one of the groomsmen in my wedding the wrong tux. Luckily it wasn’t much different, but when my friend dropped it off and told them, there wasnt much accountability, didnt apologize and didnt really give him money off. Apparently the attendant tried to blame it on there being multiple accounts (which is incorrect bc I cancelled the only one I started (I created one through Jos A Bank) bc of how unprofessional they were). Anyways.. pick up your tix early and double check everything

Frequented this store recently for my husband's suit to br tailored. The woman whom gave assistance was incredibly polite and had a warmth about her. The tailors did an outstanding job and within the time frame we needed. However upon returning we were assisted by a different woman (appeared to be in her 40s). To be frank, she seemed irritated and unapproachable because her demeanor was negative. I will add that customers notice when employees do not enjoy their work life. This does most times affect the shopping experience.

Needed a tuxedo dress shirt in black. They had the shirt and the right size. Jenna was great. Very professional. She had it pressed right in the store and ready to go in 10 minutes! Great service. Will definitely go there again.

I had a great experience at Men’s Wearhouse! Lucas McCauley was very professional and friendly — he treated me with great respect and helped me find the perfect suit. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and positive attitude. Highly recommend asking for Lucas when you visit!

Went there to buy a suit 9/29/25. We were there at 10:20am but there wasn’t a sales person or anyone, in the store. My wife and I went back about 11:30, still not a single person working in the store. I’ll call the main number to find out what’s going on. The location is Danbury Fair Mall, Danbury, CT 06810.

Awful. Had to get my tux refitted 2 times and my son as well right up to the day before the wedding. Nice people but I would never go there or reccomend it to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I'm hanging around right by the employee genuinely looking for assistance, but everyone else gets approached and asked if they need help and I'm just there looking like an idiot. This is the type of rude behavior that puts thoughts in people's minds. I walked out since nobody wanted to assist.

The assistant manager (Lucas) was tremendously helpful. He was attentive to all our needs and personally helped my father, who is older and has mobility issues. I have to be honest, I wasn’t expecting such personalized service from a chain. Would come back again!!
