I’ve been to a number of Mercedes dealerships for service, but hands down Danbury is the best. From the minute you arrive everyone hustles to get you checked in and on the way so you’re not sitting around, and the mechanics work quickly to diagnose the issue and remediate. I was expecting to leave the car for a few days but they were able to do repairs same day which was perfect as did not disrupt many schedule.The service associate I had the pleasure of working with was Giuseppe F whom was very friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to providing an outstanding customer experience. He even proactively researched a potential warranty refund for out of pocket expense I paid previous year. Talk about service! Not many dealerships would do that!Overall am delighted and will continue to be a primary customer at this dealership!

Jennifer, my service advisor, was excellent! She kept me informed of the situation with my vehicle, went the extra mile to find out if the work was under warranty and was clear about what needed to be done. I would definitely take my vehicle to this dealership for service. Mainly because of my interactions with Jennifer.

Giuseppe was great, kind, patient and sincere. He really took care of me and kept me abreast on the status of my car and things were done in time. The courtesy driver was great, he really took care of me! Will keep getting my car serviced and hope to trade in next year

Giuseppe from the service team is great! Patient, efficient and just great at what he does. Interestingly, my husband found out the day. I brought my car in that there was a recall on his. Giuseppe was fantastic and set it up so that when I came to get my car, my husband’s recall was fixed within 30 minutes.. On a scale of 1 to 10, Giuseppe and Danberry Mercedes would get a 12 from me’

Thorough examination of unusual engine experience and yuck action to take my vehicle into the service queue without a previously scheduled appointment. Several updates throughout the week while traveling via text kept me informed about the possible causes. No work was done prior to authorization. Terrific follow-through and communication! Car is running better than ever! Thank you!

We purchased a certified preowned GLS450. The entire experience was awful as far as the dealership is concerned (there were no issues with the salesman or the credit person). The management at this dealer is a complete joke. Keep in mind, this is Mercedes Benz not a used car lot. After complaining and sending back a review to Mercedes they actually correct some of the issues with the car, but the major issue was never addressed. They didn't even properly clean the car for us to pick-up. The manager actually told me yesterday that "he would not address this", referring to the issue with the seat. We have two other Mercedes that we purchased and service at the white plains dealership and have never had anything but a pleasant experience in both sales and service and we have been dealing with them for 13 years. When we walked in the Danbury dealership they had more cars that were "as is" being sold than new cars. There wasn't a new car on the showroom floor for the 3 visits we made to the dealership and this had nothing to do with availability. A real Mercedes dealership would never do this. Go to another dealership - Mercedes Benz of Danbury is awful.

Had my vehicle booked in for its service at Mercedes of Danbury. I always bring my vehicle here even though it is quite a trek from where I live. They are very friendly and it so easy to just drive up and they lift the doors for you to drive straight in. No waiting around and I was given a very nice loaner vehicle. They kept in touch and picked up a few things that needed attention. Vehicle was nice and clean upon pickup. Very happy with the service received from this dealer and will continue to use them in the future.

I was long awaited to get my GLS 450 2024 custom builder order and finally got delivered yesterday. The Manager Michael and crews are very knowledgeable and customer service was phenomenal. The Manager was present even in his day off when vehicle was handover to me yesterday (09/13/2023). Awesome job Mercedes Benz of Danbury and team. Keep it up good job Mike.

I've been having a problem with my tires not keeping the correct air pressure along with a bumpy ride at higher speed. The car came stock with 20" low profile tires. Bob suggested trying a 19" with a little wider tire. What a difference, the ride is great, handling is improved and it looks great. The whole experience at Mercedes of Danbury was great, I recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Mercedes to come here, they really know how to keep you happy.

What an amazing experience! Rachel went above and beyond to locate a car to fit my needs. She was very thorough and knowledgeable giving great attention to detail and the process was stress free and pleasant! Due to my busy schedule, she was able to deliver directly to my home. I would give Rachel 10 stars and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from her in the future!

Making the initial appointment for service and very quickly and painless to get into loaner and be on my way. Robert R.. listen to all my concerns and follow through on repairs at Mercedes-Benz of Danbury…Small hiccup, when returning the loaner and receiving my car but I have to express , Mercedes of Danbury put the customer first this time everything was all set. Very satisfied, many times in car dealerships you don’t see that. Joe had my back throughout the entire trade of my vehicle to the purchase of my new vehicle. I previously wasn’t a fan of Danbury Mercedes previously but Joe and Morgan definitely won me back. Thanks for the brand new GLC I really love the car.
