“Lasha was/is fantastic!!!! From Mobile Rescue on Federal Road!After being quoted over $240 from Apple to have my daughters I-Pad screen replaced after it was shattered-(this is even WITH the “AppleCare” that is provided), Which includes me having to send it out and then wait at least 10 days for a “refurbished” one.I decided to get a second opinion.I went into Mobile Rescue and was Greeted by Lasha.Lasha went ABOVE AND BEYOUND!!!I told him the issue and mentioned I was possibly interested in a case as well as a screen protector.He was able to fix my daughters I-Pad within the hour!!!! When I came back, he had all the cases laid out for me to chose and the screen protector already installed!For a fraction of the price! Oh and with a year warranty!Being a staff level Manager of a high end Customer Service base retail store myself, all I can say is that, Lasha you went above my expectations!
