Micheala L comes down to the Pittsfield location and is rude to the employees and sits in the little office talking to these girls all day eating food bossing the Pittsfield employees around but just sits there and barely does anything while she is in the store besides run her mouth to what others have to do around the store and not her.

Incompetent and lazy. Needed a new wheel bearing and they said it was fine. Took it down the road and they replaced it.

Ron and Mike were phenomenal! We were traveling from Vermont to Virginia. We had to stop in Danbury because we noticed we had a sound coming from our car. They diagnosed the issue and took care of it. We wanted to make sure we were safe to continue on our trip and they made sure to check everything to make sure we were safe. There are still amazing people in this world and these guys are two of them. Thank you!

My first mistake was picking a shop for the convince of the guy selling me a used car because most sellers don't want to go to the mechanics. 2nd was allowing them to not charge me for the service thinking "wow the mechanic was so gracious and nice". Well the pre purchase inspection I asked for was done half a*s and I ended up with a lemon of a car. Thanks for not doing your due diligence on inspection. He didn't attach the car to any machines to see if the car gives any error code (my fualt) but insisted that without any lights on that couldnt be done. That in fact isn't correct. Couldn't even tell that the car that was listed as "never been in an accident" has been in several. I ended up with a check engine light on 3days after purchase....a $5000 bill or repairs....mold in the car from several leaks that he didn't detect and a another mechanic was able to show me instantly that the car was in fact in SEVERAL accidents. To think I was going to go back to buy tires. Lucky he didn't charge me because he would be sued along with the original car owner. Stay away!

My wife and I have now visited twice for two different reasons, and the experience has been exceptional each time with Ron! The first time was an emergency as we had a spare tire on and needed a new one ASAP; of course, it was on a Sunday, too! We dropped it off, took our cat to the emergency vet and headed back to Monro a few minutes before closing. He was understanding and compassionate, making the day so much easier. We recently needed breaks, and after a poor experience at another shop, we decided to go here. It came in under budget too! You won't be disappointed bringing your business here with fair and honest pricing. Thanks Monro!
