Went to shop from New Milford and apparently on Saturday you have to call and set up an appointment like holding audience with the pope. Guess I’ll be going to New Haven next Saturday to shop for Ducati’s

Called and spoke with Ludwig to arrange service for my Ducati Monster. He needed to check some things and promised to call me back the next day. A week later, I called again, left a message to please have Ludwig call me. Never returned my call. That was two weeks ago.

This is quite possibly the worst dealership in the country. For every one star review, I GUARANTEE there is a planted 5 star review from an insider there. I bought a KTM 300 erzberg rodeo and they did not put ANY of the aftermarket parts on the bike that it comes with. I checked with multiple dealerships and KTM customer service. Everyone said it was strange and that the parts weren't required to be installed, but everyone does it. Everyone but motofit. The salesman were unprofessional. When I questioned them about installing parts, the salesman said the hand guards were "gay, and he'd never put them on his bike". They were a nightmare to get paperwork from and even worse to get on the phone. I can not say this enough. Do not go here. I'm not one to bad mouth business'. I understand I COULD HAVE just had a bad experience, but I think the other reviews speak for themselves. Did I ultimately get the bike? Yes. Am I happy with it? Yes. But it definitely was not worth the headache. I CAN'T believe they are a Ducati/KTM dealer. You would think these high end motorcycle brands would check on their dealers. Absolute trash.

Not worth the drive. Based on their business hours, they clearly aren't in the business of selling motorcycles

drove there today (1.5 hours) because I'm interested in the new Ducati Streetfighter V2. Was quite a disappointing experience when I entered the showroom which is half the size of an average living room. I think I saw one Ducati motorcycle displayed. When the guy behind the counter asked me what I was looking for, I explained that I wanted to take a look at the new Streetfighter V2 but that it was apparent that they don't have any motorcycles to look at. He explained that I can place an order if I want one or if I was just a "tire kicker"? I explained that I wanted to see and check the new Streetfighter V2 out before I do anything. He continued that nowadays there are no motorcycles to check out for "tire kickers" and if I wanted to order one he would be happy to assist me. I thanked him and left as fast as I could... I'm surprised Ducati let them sell their motorcycles...

I bought a bike from this dealer, as far as sales goes they were pretty good obviously I bought the bike. After they make the sale customer service wise, terrible. They don’t respond to phone calls or keep promises. When I got my bike it was missing the tool kit and also the Manual. I talked to the owner about it while we were filling out paperwork and he said they would figure out what happened to it and sort it out for me, never did. In fact, I called several times and asked about it and each time I either didn’t get and answer or when someone did pick up they would say “I’ll figure out what happened to it and we’ll get it to you”. It’s been almost exactly 1 year later and I still have not heard a word about it. I won’t be buying any other bikes from this dealer due to that very simple issue.

Dropped my KTM 450 EXC R off on 12/2/2020 for a clutch repair, new tires and a tune up. Picked up the bike today (9/7/2021.) after a bunch of back and forth nonsense. $1010 and 9 months later, clutch works (repaired not replaced) no new tires, bike won’t start and now no rear brake at all. Should have read the other reviews and I probably wouldn’t be in this situation. My fault.

Bought my 2015 Ducati Panigale here. I also bring my bike into Motofit for regular service. The team is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very reasonably priced for dealership service. I will continue to bring my bike back here when needed. Thank you Motofit team!!!!

Bought my 2015 Ducati Panigale here. Every time I take in for service the team is very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Service rates are fair for dealership service. Service has always been completed in a timely manner. I will certainly continue to bring my Ducati to Motofit for service. Thank you Motofit team!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This review might sound similar to past reviews, but everything that other people have said is true and I made the same mistake by bringing my bike here. I wish I had read the reviews prior to deciding to getting my bike fixed. The only reason I brought my bike here was because this is where I bought my 2015 Ducati Scrambler. As other people have said, this place is full of lies and excuses and they give no thought or care to their customers. From saying that parts weren’t there to making up more excuses to charge more. My motorcycle was brought in mid March for a tire change, oil change, and to fix an ignition problem causing the bike to stall that was from a recall with certain Ducati motorcycle models. They never called to follow up and we had to show up and pressure them to work on the motorcycle. We did not get the motorcycle back until July and charged over $2,500 for a bike that only has 3,000 miles on it! As another person said this place should get no stars. I am baffled by how Ducati would certify this dealer to represent them. This place is a scam and they have zero respect for their customers and honestly have no idea what they are doing. I will never be returning here ever again, one of the worst experiences of my life. I too will be reporting this place to the better business bureau for their mistreatment and negligence. People have been writing reviews since 2017 and they seem to not care about improving anything that they do. Oh and like everyone else has stated, if you don’t the amount they want, they aren’t willing to give you your bike back. I would be embarrassed to own a place like this. Easy to get 4.1 stars when you're paying bots to give you high ratings. GO TO YELP AND READ TRUE REVIEWS TO AVOID GETTING SCAM!!!

I found out about them via google. I submitted a credit app LAST Wednesday. I called today because I had not heard from anyone and Brandon or Brendan answered the phone and sounded annoyed I called. He then put me on hold for over 10 min and then hung up. I called back he then put me on hold again and came back after 5 minutes and said I would need to put a deposit down before they ran my credit because they are doing the legwork. He said they would then and ONLY then tell me the finace terms. I said no im NOT giving you a deposit before you tell me financing. Oh and the kicker is I live approx 3 hrs from them and was willing to travel to purchase.

Worst experience ever. I left the bike there over 1 month ago for a general maintenance checkup. I was told last week that the bike would be ready this past weekend. When I called today the real story came out, the parts weren't even there. Tired of the lies I went to pick it up to take it elsewhere and they would not let me take the bike until I paid for the parts that hadn't even arrived. When I asked the owner to simply call and cancel the order he said he would not do that. I ended up having to pay for parts to get the bike out of there. All I can say is read the reviews before you go here. I should have.
