I've purchased jeans from Old Navy my entire life and will no longer be doing so. The three pair I bought three months ago are all ready as weathered, tattered, and torn as the pairs I've owned for three or more years. The quality has gone down so much while the prices don't. You think they are giving you a deal and selling you $55 jeans at 30% off but really they are selling you $20 jeans at 80% more.
I'm not exactly an active guy, I swear I don't put a lot of stress on these things. Danbury Old Navy, I'm sorry that you have to take the hit with my bad review, this is in no way a reflection on your team whom I have found to be polite and helpful. But at some point, you know, I feel like you are complacent with deceptive pricing practices so, you know, maybe you are a little guilty. Anyway, I'm gonna go see if the gap has better quality jeans...

This review is specifically for a very lovely woman named Patty who was so helpful and sweet to my little daughter while shopping she even gave her a balloon, great customer service! I would go back to this location just because of my experience with her

Overall, Old Navy is a popular clothing retailer with a good reputation for its affordable prices, stylish clothes, and friendly customer service. If you're looking for a place to buy new clothes, Old Navy is definitely worth checking out.

For men looking for a discount, forget it. The quality of the products is great, but you are always looking for a cool clearance area that practically doesn't exist here for the male public.
Now if you want specific items from the brand without many discounts you will find good options. Overall it is a good store.

Beware - buy a size bigger than what you think you need. Every year I buy clothes for my daughter and the shirts shrink (see the picture). I've even been told the kids t-shirts are made with pre-shrunk fabric. Really?

TIKA at the Danbury store is an amazing store manager. She was very helpful to myself and my children as we shopped. She offered options even when we thought we out of options. Talking to TIKA you knew right off the bat she's a great person and manager she jumped in to help out her team members in the fitting rooms, cash register and just overall customers in the store. She saw the puzzled look on my face while shopping and knew right away I needed help. I really was struggling as my trip is getting closer and I'm having a hard time finding items to fit my children. I needed bathing suits that were age appropriate for my 14 year old that couldn't fit girls size and my soon to be 2 year old that's so chunky. TIKA is amazing and due to wonderful service we will be back and would recommend old navy Danbury to anyone

So the wonderful employee Adalisa was super great went out of her way to help me find my size and style of pants i was looking for also the manger Tika was very respectful and welcoming!!!
