We dealt with Lansfield when purchasing a washer and then contacted him when we needed to purchase a wall air conditioner for my son. We did that purchase over the phone. He is professional, knowledgeable and most accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I bought a washing machine today from P.C Richard’s and Son; this is the second time I bought from the Danbury store; the first was a refrigerator and I’ve had that for 8 years. They have great customer service, great prices, free delivery. If I have to buy an appliance again I would definitely go back and I would choose PC Richard’s and Son over Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Best Buy.
