I had the most fantastic experience at this clothing store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. The selection of clothing was not only stylish but also of exceptional quality. The staff was incredibly supportive and attentive, offering valuable style advice without being forceful. The store's organization and cleanliness were top-notch, making the shopping experience a breeze. I left with some fabulous new additions to my closet, and I'll definitely be returning for more. If you're looking for a store with a great ambiance, a wide range of stylish clothing, and excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I can't recommend it enough!

Please save yourself and avoid this specific store at all costs. Employees are nasty towards customers especially the so called “manager” who’s just disgustingly rude. Purchased a pair of essential hoodies which by the way when choosing between 2 colors i asked for her input to be nice and she said “That’s just your preference you have to decide” in the nastiest tone. Mind you, they have this stupid rule you “cannot try anything on for Essentials” .. I purchased a medium and left the store. I tried it on and it was too small. I called to ask if I can come back for a return OR an exchange and they proceed to say “No return policy” meanwhile that was NOT told to us by anyone, including the man at the register. So we proceeded to ask “Why would no one make us aware of that especially if you can’t even try things on”.. She proceeds to say - “We’ll you should’ve read the signs”… SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL SIGNS I guess as a customer every little fine print posted .. and I guess you’ll have to take your chances and just hope for the best when purchasing things unknowingly if it’s going to fit or not.. What a terrible experience. Not to mention she hung up on us… I will be reaching. out to corporate.. What a nasty manager !!! All the reviews below are also about how nasty of a person she is.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the PacSun store, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel like a valued customer. The staff at PacSun are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry. They're always ready to offer fashion advice, help you find the right fit, and make sure you leave the store feeling confident in your purchases.The store itself was well organized and immaculate, making it a pleasure to browse through the wide selection of clothing and accessories. The variety of styles and brands available at PacSun is impressive, catering to a diverse range of tastes.I want to express my gratitude to the managers, who are extremely lovely individuals. I cannot comprehend why this store has so many one-star ratings; some of the things these people complain about are things over which the staff have no control. They need to learn to be more understanding, as these workers are just trying to do their jobs.

I’ve had a great experience with PacSun. The employees are super kind and always helpful. Customers are causing problems with managers while they are just trying to there their job. Overall it is a great store.

The manager here is the rudest and has no perspective how to deal with people, a total dolt. Shocked this place is still open. Spend your money elsewhere, where people are pleased to help.

I will not be shopping here again. I ordered a shirt online and went in store to exchange, they did not have the size i needed. So I went to the register to return and they would not let me due to it being paid via PayPal. Then when I requested merch credit they declined that as well because they didn’t have merch credit cards… even though they had gift cards near the cash register… it’s the same thing. Then I had to pick out a different shirt the one I had was valued at 28 and the one I picked out was 30. I was expecting to pay a 2-5$ difference but nopeee it was a $18 difference. After going back and forth with them for 20 mins with a long line behind me and my son having a temper tantrum they finally decided to give me an even exchange. Such a process just to make a simple exchange. I will not be back to shop in store or online.

One star is too much for this rathole. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. The so-called manager should be prevented from dealing with customers. He’s beyond rude and obviously has no temperament to work in retail. Since all the merchandise is also sold online, it is impossible to understand the logic of having this store open. Go there at your own risk and remember you were warned.
