First and foremost I give this company a lot of my money. I placed an order for my mom since Mother’s Day is this weekend. The order was for pickup. I waited a couple of hours and still haven’t received an email saying it’s ready to pickup. It’s legit one necklace. I show up to the store and the lady asked me if it was ready for pickup through email. I said it’s been hours and I would like it now. Then she told me to give her twenty minutes. Twenty minutes passed by and I show up to the store. They had the audacity to only give me the necklace in a little plastic bag, not even in a pandora bag with the item in a box. Hello it’s for my mom and it’s a freaking gift!!! Talk about the audacity. I had to ask for a box and she said and I quote “ Usually the box has a cost but I’ll give it to you for free”. Once again the audacity, giving me the box is the least you could do. Normally when you purchase an item, they give you a box for your item and a bag with tissue paper. They were legit doing it for the other people in the store but not for me which is insane. I do love the company pandora itself but this store just ain’t it. I’m not happy at all. I’m giving this store two stars cause I love the necklace but the service deserves one star. The pandora in Yonkers gives better service. Next time I get a gift or something special for myself, I’m going to your competition down stairs or the pandora in Yonkers. ??

Rude employee. My sale associate was Erica, i went to purchase a ring and I asked for three sizes. Every time I asked for a size she would show an attitude and sigh. Another thing she THREW. THREW. the ring on the counter at me, overall she had a disgusting attitude from beginning to end. Will not be going back because of Erica. You do not show attitude to your customers.

This store is beyond disorganized. About a month ago I went into the store to get my ring cleaned I got for Christmas. Normaly they ask your information for the cleaning and they did not. ( later in the paragraph you will see why this is important) after about a week and a half after the cleaning the gem in my new ring fell out. My fiancé bought it a week before Christmas. I brought it into the store today and they told me they had no information on the ring being purchased and that they ALWAYS do it when purchasing from them. My fiancé explain that due to COVID the line was over an hour wait so they must have been rushing and did not put his information into the system. Their policy is to get your information for purchasing AND cleanings. So you mean to tell me every employee is following this then why a month ago when I came to get my cleaning no one asked for my information. It seems to me that the employees are not following the policy and are rushing to get people out the door and others in quicker. For Pandora to think I’m getting one on them by simply just asking them to replace the gem. Clearly not every employee is following the policy and my fiancé being a first time buyer there had no idea. Instead of it falling on Pandora, now it falls on me because the store did not do their job. A ring that’s 6 months old my first ring from my new son and my fiancé is now trash. I can’t wear it without the stone because it will cut someone. I am devastated this memory is ruined and I can no longer wear it due to Pandora not caring about taking care of the customer in front of you and property putting in the information just in case this happens. We have torn our whole house apart for a receipt that’s 6 months old. Won’t be doing business with them anymore and people be aware that they are doing this to people and carelessly not putting in information for every customer that comes in.

Well placed an order to this place yesterday and we never received the email for when the order was ready for pick up so today we went the this store in Danbury and my husband waited in line to be greeted by a very rude older woman who was straight up nasty to him unbelievable anyway he goes and tells her I had a placed an order for a bracelet so she replied with a rude remark saying well we are busy and we weren’t going to stop dealing with customers to see orders on our computers and waste time. So just so you know if you have a online order to be picked up go somewhere else to another location in CT because this place doesn’t care enough to deal with online orders when busy.

I went there with my mother and one employee a woman older than me gave me an attitude. I looked at a certain bracelet and liked it and asked her about the price. She said in quote “you cant afford this.” I felt disrespected and annoyed i comment back saying “i have the money but i wont be spending it on here.” We left angry. Worst customer service and very unprofessional. Rude for no reason. Go spend your money somewhere else

Sad to say customers are not priority at this location! Employee 'Leone' is extremely rude and unbecoming. Stopped by to have my bracelet cleaned. It had been left in the Jewelry box since it was purchased and the color changed. Leone cringed and asked me "Is this even from Pandora?". That was very disrespectful and belittling. Without even trying she told me I would have to buy a new bracelet. The bracelet was never worn and yet she had the nerve to tell a customer they will need purchase a new one on their own. She told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her for corporate's phone number and she said "YOU CAN GOOGLE IT!" as she walked away. Miss Leone I hope someone in position see's this and fires you! That is not the way to talk to a courteous customer! If you do not like your job or you don't like dealing with people please find something else to do. Corporate replaced my bracelet free of charge!

I purchased item No: 190980-52 online mid covid for an anniversary present. The ring was too small so I recently went in the store to do an exchange now that stores have started to open back up. The employee told me exchanges and returns are only good for 30 days and after speaking with the manager, I was told the same thing. Very lousy service especially when all physical locations were closed for a period of time. Very disgusted

I visited the Pandora location today in the Danbury Mall and had a great experience. I received a chain bracelet as a Christmas gifts but within a week of wearing it one of the letters came off and I couldn't find it. The lady at Pandora explained to me I could call the number at Pandora and they would more than likely replace it because of the timeframe that it happened. She was kind enough to even print out the receipt so I wouldn't have to look for it when I got home. Sometimes you go places and they are quick to direct you somewhere else but I felt like she really cared that my little charm was replaced and that goes a long way:)

I've shopped the Pandora in Danbury CT several times. This year was worst experience! When Pandora listed their items on sale nothing at all was available. I then emailed Pandora and they offered a 15% discount on my next purchase. So I attempted to use my 15% in the Danbury store on other items ( not originally what I wanted ) and they refused and said can be used on online purchases only(again nothing I wanted was available) I have since emailed Pandora 3 times and received some automated response that someone would be contacting me!!!' I have not heard from anyone. Horrible customer service! Will NOT be spending my money there ever again!!!!! Do not recommend shopping Pandora! Your merchandise can be pretty but customer service is very important!!!!

My girlfriend loves this store. She loves to wear rings so for our anniversary I decided to get her a promise ring from pandora. I spent a lot of money and I told her she was a size 5. They picked out from this drawer that apparently all the sizes wheee size 5. I paid for it then held on to it for about 2 weeks. Then when I have it to her. It was too big! And ik she’s a size 5 bc she wears rings. She says it’s a size 6 bc it fits her middle finger and that’s a size 6. So that completely killed the moment. And now I have to go to the mall just to exchange it and I don’t go to the mall everyday. I don’t even have time since I work all day. So I had a very very unhappy experience

The employee working there was so rude. Wouldn’t let you in the store even though it wasn’t busy and then when she let you in, she was a rude as can be. Finally I told her how rude and snotty she was and left.I stated that I cannot believe she treats her customers that way. When I tried to get her name she hid her name tag so I couldn’t see it. I rI was mortified by this treatment and will never go to this store again

I can't believe they only fit two customers in the store at one time. We just waited 45 minutes to ENTER, which is incredible especially on Black Friday. Never go to the storefront.
