Slow service, a million questions, I don't need to "update" basic information when I only want to send a wire. In attempting to provide good customer service, this branch always seems to be unaware that customers time is valuable. They should learn how to "read" the customers and put them ahead of their own needs.

After having great customer service at other People's United Bank locations, I was sorely disappointed in the service given me and the customer on the phone when I walked up. The Bank Manager in charge was rolling her eyes at the customer on the phone who had a "social worker" who should "call" the bank manager. She then proceeded to be rude and unhelpful with me. I had heard "Super Market" Banks were horrible and this one truly is. The Bank Manager has no business being in Customer Service. I know, I was in Customer Service for 36 years, 20 of that as a District Manager or Regional Manager. I'd have fired her on the spot.

I think Ahmed M. is the best bank manager I've ever dealt with. He's super helpful and knows his stuff forward and backward.
