“Prizila in the \"Beauty Isle\" is an INCREDIBLE ASSET to Danbury's Wlgreen's, and, I suspect, will go on to have exceptional employment opportunities in the near future. That being said, I first met her about 2.5 months ago, in the pre-pandemic months. I am a Real Estate Broker from Upstate New York, Saratoga/Lake George/Albany areas. Upon meeting her, I was completely impressed with her product knowledge, substantial knowledge of the stores COMPLETE inventory, location and suggestions. Today I spoke with her assistant manager and extolled her many virtues. I would hire this gal in a moment if given the opportunity. Walgreen's of Danbury, you have one heck of a gal there. I TRULY hope she gets the approval she needs. Your photography gal is awesome too !!! My Mom had just succumbed to a 12 year valiente battle with stage 4 cancer. “Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pmMy wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins.Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift.Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do"As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled.I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner.Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so.”

“I just wanted to say that the the employee named sierra that works at nights at the CVs on south st is an incredibly valuable asset to this store. Her customer relation skills are impeccable as she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in attending to customer needs. She is has a unique talent for her generation in explaining modern technological concepts to older customers with communication skills that explain things thoroughly and effectively without leaving the customer feeling belittled or uncomfortable and most importantly never left confused. She is a confident woman with strong self esteem that is a powerful example of to admire and I would imagine she would be excellent at training new employee and a positive role model . Lastly her overall attitude personality and humor complement her personality, humility and pride in doing whatever the job may be well which is a rare find in my humble opinion in her generation!”

“I haven't dealt with the pharmacy in this store, but I stopped in looking for a specific product and couldn't find it on the shelf, even though it was listed as "in stock in store" on the website. When I asked an associate about it, he went out of his way to look for the product for me, and actually ended up finding it in a totally different part of the store (I guess they have a regular skincare and an acne section separately). Super nice! I definitely would not have found it without help as I've only used the photo service at Walgreens, which btw, is always a smooth transaction, so it was really nice he was so willing to help !”

“We recently moved to the Danbury area and had to move our prescriptions over, too. This Walgreens is the closest to our home but the scathing reviews were really scaring me away. But, I ended up giving it a shot due to the convenience. Well, I'm pleased to report that our experience with the pharmacy has been good. I have found the pharmacist and the staff to be kind and accommodating. I sure hope this type of service continues!”
