“The staff here is fantastic, I never have any challenges with my medications, any authorizations required, they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me out.
They are an old school pharmacy. They remember your name. They are so open to explaining things that you really understand the rules and regulations that they are held to and are so willing to work with you and your provider to make sure you get your medications. Erik & Kareem are two of my favorite.”
“I saw a review, mentioning Gladys and the pharmacy specifically, And I want to second those reviews of both Gladys and the rest of the Pharmacy staff. You guys never let me down. They do always have everything in stock. Even my meds I was worried I was going to run into problems getting because I heard there was a Shortage. I never had one problem. They deserve and need a longer lunch!! I am a major supporter of the local pharmacy, but I continue to use Walmart Pharmacy and Danbury for its quality service.”

I called earlier this evening to inquire about something, Jayden answered the phone and answered all my questions!
When I arrived, Jayden greeted me!
When I needed assistance, Jayden politely excused himself to help customers that were clearly there before me!
As soon as Jayden finished with those customers, he then assisted me!
Jayden was a one man operation in that store! Answering phones, taking care of customers at the register, and at the photo area scanning in packages…the young man was doing it all!! What I find disturbing is, Walgreens doesn’t have someone to help him! Working by yourself is problematic! Their should always be more than one person working, anything could go wrong!

“I have seen the reviews for this CVS and can understand why this store has the bad reviews that it has and can agree with a lot of it. I must say that most of the times when I deal with the pharmacy it is usually a good experience. I had an issue with one of my prescriptions and Andre helped me out with it and saved me money. He has helped me several times. Crystal the pharmacy tech rang me out and was very nice and sweet and easy to talk with. Angel another tech is also very helpful. I wanted to acknowledge some of the good from this pharmacy.”
