“This 7-Eleven is a pretty awesome store. I usually go to this store two time a week minimum. I go in the morning and it is pretty busy. They have a pretty good selection of coffee including Ice Coffee, more than a usual 7-Eleven. They have a mass array of creamers which they don't have to offer but they do. Now a Tip they have pre-made bagels with cream cheese and butter that they make daily.And if there is none available they will get a bagel and make it for you on the spot. Staff is extremely friendly. Only negative thing is the way there parking is setup. when it is busy it is very difficult to back up and get out.”

That being said, I first met her about 2.5 months ago, in the pre-pandemic months. I am a Real Estate Broker from Upstate New York, Saratoga/Lake George/Albany areas. “Gas prices displayed in real time on digitized signs. There is a pump for compressed air to fill tires, a vacuum for cleaning interiors, and a functioning bathroom which is reasonably clean. One of the pumps was not working well, and/or it’s credit/debit card reader was fritzing. The attendant behind plexiglass is very friendly. The store sells foodstuffs, refreshments and sundries related to travel, including a walk-in refrigerator for beer. The gas station features an ingress/egress on both roadways of its intersection.”

“Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pmMy wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins.Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift.Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do"As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled.I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner.Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so.”

Her customer relation skills are impeccable as she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in attending to customer needs. She is has a unique talent for her generation in explaining modern technological concepts to older customers with communication skills that explain things thoroughly and effectively without leaving the customer feeling belittled or uncomfortable and most importantly never left confused. She is a confident woman with strong self esteem that is a powerful example of to admire and I would imagine she would be excellent at training new employee and a positive role model . Lastly her overall attitude personality and humor complement her personality, humility and pride in doing whatever the job may be well which is a rare find in my humble opinion in her generation!”

“Partway south of my trip from Maine to North Carolina. I was in need of gas and this all Towne is what popped up as one of the best prices. Just off route 84. It's very convenient. As I was finishing getting my gas, which was the cheapest around, a caravan of prime tracks pulled in. Either there was a convention here for Amazon, or a nearby warehouse. It also told me something about the business. The exterior was quite clean and organized, the restrooms were fairly clean, and had handicap railings and call buttons, which told me the owners care for their customers. The food that was prepared outside looked decent. Pizzas and empanadas for a good price. I got a breakfast empanada with a light flaky pastry And friendly cashier.I think it's a good place to stop.”

“We recently moved to the Danbury area and had to move our prescriptions over, too. This Walgreens is the closest to our home but the scathing reviews were really scaring me away. But, I ended up giving it a shot due to the convenience. Well, I'm pleased to report that our experience with the pharmacy has been good. I have found the pharmacist and the staff to be kind and accommodating. I sure hope this type of service continues!”

“I haven't dealt with the pharmacy in this store, but I stopped in looking for a specific product and couldn't find it on the shelf, even though it was listed as "in stock in store" on the website. When I asked an associate about it, he went out of his way to look for the product for me, and actually ended up finding it in a totally different part of the store (I guess they have a regular skincare and an acne section separately). Super nice! I definitely would not have found it without help as I've only used the photo service at Walgreens, which btw, is always a smooth transaction, so it was really nice he was so willing to help !”
