The best part about this storage facility is Andrew, the manager! He is knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and went out of his way to find me the best available rates. I viewed multiple units. Definitely opt for the clean and spacious temperature controlled ones if the budget permits.

Beyond the great price was the personal service by Andrew. I left some pictures on top of my car and drove away, and when I realized what I did, It was very late at night, and on the weekend. Next day I drove around looking for the pictures, but did not see them anywhere. I figured that city trucks had taken them to the dump, but much to my amazement, when I returned two weeks later, Andrew informed me that he had found them and saved them for me. His thoughtfulness and concern for my belongings went way above the call of duty. I highly recommend Prime Storage, especially when working with Andrew. Thank you so much!!!

I worked with Andrew to get my unit set up, and he was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helped me upgrade to a bigger unit on the spot, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Unit is smooth and clean as well. Excellent customer service!

Before renting a parking spot I originally spoke with management about the price i wanted to pay which was $85. every month they kept raising the rate. before I knew it they made it $130. I spoke with them about this and they said there was nothing they can do.
There was also an incident where a deranged man began attacking my car infront of the gate of prime as I was putting in the gate code. When I came back to pickup my car after I parked it in my spot my car was damaged.
I asked to see security footage.
The first time I asked they said that none of their cameras have worked in a long time, that they can't remember the last time they worked.
Then they called me back later in the day saying the first guy was misinformed and that their cameras work but just not infront of the gate and where I park my car.
Which was clearly a blatant lie. If they cared about any of their cameras working obviously the one at the front would be one of the most important.
Also how do you justify $130 for a place to park when there is no security.
Not to mention you can literally walk around the fence so anyone can walk into the storage area.

prime storage is the best place to store your things, it is clean and very safe, I recommend it 100% Andrew is part of the staff, he is very professional and friendly, I really appreciate the attention that my husband and I received, Andrew, you are the best, thank you very much for your help !!
