People just love to complain.
I didn't experience any issues coming here. Checking in with a kiosk was weird, but I'd prefer that over taking to someone as I have a weird real name that I neither like to correct or spell.
Blood draw was painless and the person who did it was kind and spoke with me throughout. Be forewarned that if you owe a copay or a balance be prepared to pay before you get lab work done.
No issues, good experience.

A little impersonal when you check in, because there’s no human running things in the waiting room. What you won’t know on your first visit is that if you have difficulty figuring out what to do, or you make a mistake, someone will come out of the phlebotomy area to help. The staff at the lab I went to were very kind. A set of instructions, prominent and with appealing graphics, including arrows that point visitors to the check-in station, would make the room seem friendlier and make the process less mysterious.

I was taken in early, there was an issue needing to be resolved with insurance, so they paused my session while I went out to call insurance. A very positive experience!

The nurse who took my blood samples was unusually patient with me waiting way beyond my appointment time because my doctor hadn't faxed the blood work order to the Germantown office. After multiple phone calls and delays, it finally arrived and she was able to fit me in around all her other patients. A beautiful call above and beyond her duties in my opinion.

The girl who drew my blood didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t find a vein, tried to do it from the front of my forearm and ended up collapsing one of my veins causing a huge contusion. I don’t like getting blood taken to begin with but this made me feel even more anxious and queasy. Horrible experience

After waiting for 40 minutes as a walk in After I gave all my information to your company, someone came out and said they are not going to take any more walk-ins for today. I find this extremely unprofessional. If you knew you were not going to be able to take anyone, why would you have some waiting and wasting there time. My time is just as important as yours. Rude and unprofessional! Some of us need lab work done ASAP from our doctors and we can't wait a week for a appointment. How about not take walk-ins if you don't have time and we have our doctors send our stuff to a different lab instead of Quest. From now on i will tell my doctors to send me to somewhere other than Quest Labs.

You can no longer deal with an actual person to schedule OR to even check in. I arrived right at opening time to find these kiosks to check in, mine wouldnt work so I had to wait for the ppl who arrived AFTER me to finish checking in so I could..which then made it so these other later arrivals got seen before me in the que. beyond livid as it is hard enough for me to try to get here before work for fasting bloodwork. Was unable to even get the testing I desperately need as I had to leave after waiting 40+min and still was not seen. HORRIBLE what this lab has become
