The store in Danbury CT there service sucks there slow as molasses none of them could do there job on a good day wouldn't recommend anyone using that store almost 2hrs to activate 2phones is absurd won't go there any more location is at 1 Panamanian rd in Danbury CT

I don't ever do these, but considering their lower undeserved score I feel obligated to try and balance it out a bit with my 5 stars. I was helped by the associate named Steve today and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made my service transfer from another carrier a blast. He even found me a special discount. Additionally, he even got my transfer PIN from the other carrier after I kept getting the run around attempting to get it myself. He called them up himself and gave their aggressiveness right back to them, finally getting through and getting that ID. This was wonderful since I am absolutely awful at arguing and holding my ground. He helped me every step of the way, while simultaneously helping the various other customers in the store so no one would feel left out. Even after they had closed he stayed by, in no rush, to make sure my questions were answered and I was getting the help I needed. He was even taking careful time to ensure there were no bubbles in my watch screen protector.Props to the other employees there who did not try to push me or him out, even though we were well past closing time. Special mention to Ana as well who was there at the beginning to help with some other things even though her shift was ending, diligently trying to get the screen protector on my phone.Thank you very much T-Mobile team at Padanaram for such a wonderful experience!

My husband and I went to this store on Saturday April 29, 2023 after trying to utilize the phone tech in order to switch over our cellular service from one company to TMobile. We walked in and handed Orlando (amazing employee) a disaster! I had cell phones half set up. Missing sim cards and an Ipad that couldnt be configured. Orlando was patient, kind and knowledgeable! He fixed ALL of our issues and with a smile on his face! He showed us services we were unaware of and taught us how to utilize their app. Kevin (the manager) was also friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this store and Orlando enough! :)

Fantastic experience at this T-Mobile as opposed to last week at the T-Mobile on federal road.The two members of staff were incredibly helpful. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and listened. Not once did they tell us what they thought we needed, as opposed to last week.Mark and Daniel need pay rises and promotions for how good they were if T-Mobile read this, this is how all your staff should be.

I went to this T-mobile location and never again will I step foot in there. I went to open a line on my own, as of right now I have a family plan with my siblings but wanted to see if it was cheaper to go on my own. I gave them all my info and at the end told them I wasn't interested in opening my own line because it would cost me more monthly. We'll the worker, specifically a Brazilian man, at this T-mobile decided to open a line for me, with no phone. I got a bill in the mail last week for $200.00 claiming I owe for a phone line I never even opened. People at this T-mobile are scammers. As of right now I've been waiting for the fraud department to contact me. This is just something no one wants to go through, especially with the holidays right around the corner!!!

Customer service should not be an issue when all you do is deal with customers right? Well, the majority of the associates were ready to leave at 5 pm! We simply went to that specific store to merge our accounts from Sprint to T-Mobile. Our experience was not pleasant but I will give them another opportunity to improve!???

Looked online to see what time they close. Online it says 8pm. I get to the store and they say they close at 7 right after they just let two people in.

Went to the store and the lady that "helped" me literally said and I QUOTE"To tell you the true, I know nothing."Was more worried about her nails and she just couldn't care less about my questions.Terrible service.
