I stopped coming here years ago due to pushy management, but was pleasantly surprised to find Lyle to be a great asset. He helped me get a lot of things off a shelf and was knowledgeable about what I needed. I had stopped going here and will continue to "boycott" this location other other management, notably the girl with curly hair, has been removed. She is snotty and really needs training.Lyle gets 5 stars. The rest of the store is still mediocre.

There was no organization, 3 people who arrived later were served first. The girl who helped me came running and ran away, so I ended up spending money on wrong impressions. :(

As others have mentioned, the store is fine until one of the managers start leaning over your shoulder and start forcing things into your cart. Very aggressive sales tactics made me leave without anything.

I usually avoid this store because management has a real issue.I was in a real pinch so I stopped in here the other day and had the pleasure of dealing with Lloyd, who was incredibly knowledgable about all the tech i needed.This was a stark contrast to the service I typically get here. I asked where the normal manager was, the woman with the brown/red hair, and Lloyd explained that the normal manager was out for the day. Honestly, the store is better without them! Lloyd is great. Other management is oppressive and high-strung.Fire everyone. Make Lloyd boss.

We needed to have quality printing for a funeral program. We were able to design it on Canva but had to go to a trusted place for printing. I called this staples and Kate answered the phone. After explaining what we were looking for Kate reassured us it could be done. Kate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with printing services. It feels great to deal with someone who knows what they are doing and really knows how to treat customers. I have always liked coming to Staples but Kate truly made this an exceptional experience.

I made the mistake of having my ID photocopied here for a visa application. The person who took my ID made extra copies of the ID and first pretended to throw it out, then handed it to the female manager, Katy. I dont know what this woman needs to do with pictures of my ID but I was not very happy about this. I asked for the extra copy back, but Katy refused and said it was something different. I asked if I could see the paper, and she said no.Management is potentially stealing people's Identification. Do not shop here and if you need anything done with personal information I highly recommended going somewhere else.

Do. Not. Go. Here. Seriously, don't go. Absolutely inept staff with poor leadership. Literally go anywhere else. Turnover is high because management is abusive.

Literally probably the most idiotic employees I’ve ever seen in my life. Not only do they not know what they have in stock, but they also have zero initiative to help with anything. All I asked for was a roll of large paper that was right in front of them and you would have thought I was asking for a mortgage. Worst staples I’ve been to yet.

Not good service. Everyone here acts like its their first day on the job. I walked out without buying anything after being rudely spoken to by the manager on duty. I recommend going to Walmart next door.

I used to come here a lot, but Ive been going to the other location more and more and today was a GREAT reminder why. I tried to pay with a Staples-branded e-giftcard on my phone and the cashier, Katy, said that she was scared to do the transaction because she might lose her job. I'm sorry what? This is 2023. Take my money, give me the thing I want to buy, and I walk out the door. That's how this works. TLDR I was denied using a Staples electronic gift card because the staff thought theyd get in trouble for processing the transaction because she was unfamiliar with a gift card that was on my phone. I paid with my credit card. Don't worry, I'll take my scary phone gift card to another location that is run properly.

GM Nikki needs to have her head examined if she thinks this is the correct way to run a business. Employees are terrified of her and she micromanages everything. I was recently turned away from using a Staples Giftcard at this store because gift cards made my cashier "uncomfortable." LOL! Give me a break!
