Drying is no longer free. Dryers are $0.25 per 10 minutes. Bigger washers are $10.99, $0.50 for extra wash, $0.50 for extra rinse. They have more bigger and more smaller washers then others places in the area. I wash big blankets and rugs at laundry mats, the one in Walmart Plaza only has 4 washers and the dryers never dry right. This place has 2 whole walls of dryer. If the drying was still free or atleast they didn't still have the signs up for free drying I'd give it 5 stars. The name of the place on Google says Free Dry, it's kind of misleading when you don't come here all the time. It's also pretty expensive, I didn't think it was at first due to the free drying. Once I realized drying wasn't free, $11.99 for a washer is wild.

Went there to drop off clothes to get wash left 40$ in one of my packets and the lady the washes the clothes give me my clothes back folded and stuff but the money I left in my clothes she took it I would not recommend.

Been coming here for years!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. Free drying and inexpensive if you ask me. Around $10 for a big washer.

This is a business! Not a playground! You should not allow children to run around, they are bound to hurt themselves or someone else.The place is usually busy during the daytime. The washing machines I’ve used have worked good. Some of the dryers are not that great. Parking can be limited.

Couldn’t make it to my regular laundromat because i was too tight with time and I know I already passed last wash. Found this place on google and store hours said it closed at 11pm. After I load all my clothes in and start the wash the employee tells me they close at 10pm. So clothes aren’t going to have enough time to be dry… then when I check the actual website for Danbury location it said midnight!!! And can’t tell the employee because she doesn’t speak English. Would be nice if they update hours.

I’m not sure it’s the cheapest in the area but they are open till 10 pm. They used to be open to midnight which is why I started going there.the washers and dryers use a chip card that you add value to with machines. This process is fairly easy but good luck actually emptying all the value of the card as conventionally you load $5, $10, $20 bills.The cards are imprinted with each wash so that you have unlimited dryers with each wash. This is great when I can use 3 or 4 dryers at once so the clothing dries easier in smaller quantities.The drying cycle is 30 minutes to which I usually run twice to ensure tall items are dry.My one gripe is that the floors are sometimes gross so when an article of clothing tries to escape after a wash and lands in the floor I feel like it should be washed again. Just be careful.

Half of the machines aren't working most of the time. Overpriced. And last time I used them, they took my clothes out the dryer (before it was even scheduled to be done) because there was a tiny piece of tape on the dryer that said "JT", which was supposed to indicate that dryer was being used for some purpose. So now I'm missing about a hundred dollars in clothes, and they couldn't even bother to check around to find my missing items. The owner didn't care whatsoever. Paid $10 to wash my clothes and lost a hundred dollars in new stuff. Awesome.

It needs to have air conditioning and close later at least 11 pm as before it had another owner and it is hot with only fans working, the rest is comfortable
