Switched to T-mobile at this location and got amazing service from the staff. I visited on two separate occasions. The first time I went Devonne explained everything in detail for the plan I chose. When I returned the following week David helped me get set up and was patient in making sure everything worked before I left the store. Overall I had a great experience and would gladly go back.

Best T-Mobile Store in Danbury! The people here are pleasant and knowledgeable. Super helpful and switched me from Verizon quickly. They transferred all of my info from my old phone to the new one and I genuinely felt valued as a customer. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We went to the T-Mobile store on the first level of the mall to simply activate a new phone. The manager of the store directed us to call the call center to gather information he needed, as he could not do it himself apparently and did not care to pick up the phone himself. FIVE HOURS LATER and about 10 different customer service representatives and supervisors later, these people somehow managed to completely mess up every single phone line on our account!! They deactivated my cell phone as well as my mother in laws cell phone by accident, assigned the wrong phone numbers to each of our phones, which caused so much damage trying to reverse that we literally had to camp out in this store with our three young children for five hours!! We ended up upstairs at the other T-Mobile store who said if we had just come to them to begin with, they could have done the job in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. The manager of this store remained calm despite periods where I really lost my patience with the entire T-Mobile team, but quite frankly he didn’t want to be bothered with us and did not care enough to help. Only at the point of me snapping did he decide to pick up the phone and call someone, who was at least able to help slightly. That was about three hours into the process. We asked to cancel everything and just walk out of the store with no phones and no service, but they said the account was messed up so badly that they had to fix the issue before we could even proceed with canceling. I will never enter this store again and it says a lot when another T-Mobile store said they “wish the downstairs store was not there because they’re clueless”

I went to this store yesterday to pick up my insurance replacement phone and stand there for about 30-40 minutes and none of the store representatives had the professionalism of at least greeting me with an “someone will be with you shortly”. No they just saw me get in. stand there and 40 minutes later one of the rep asked me the purpose of my visit. I then tell him and he signed me in the waiting list on his tablet. And then 10 minutes after that he comes back and say ohhh your replacement phone is at the other location on the lower floor. I wasted all that time there because none of the representatives took the initiative to ask a customer what is the motive of the visit. Never going to that tmobile store ever again and will encourage relatives and friends to do the same.

Store manager and Steve were really friendly and knowledgeable throughout the time I spent in the store. After store manager helped me with phone activation, Steve gave me some suggestions on phone cases and screen protectors, and offered to put both items for me. Appreciate.

I love the workers here. They were so much fun to hang out and joke with as we were setting up our new phone and iPad. They genuinely made what would have been an intensely boring few hours at a phone store a really fun experience. The workers are just really cool people and without them it would just be another boring old T-Mobile.

My mother had to pickup a exchange at the 2nd level location. Team at this location need to be retrained in customer service and ethics, as well on bias comments against customers , after waiting 1 hour of being passed around from several members ,and being insulted with a smirk on he’s face . Mother comes home extremely uncomfortable with her experience which made me came back to the store with her . the team member Joseph that handle the situation previously which is extremely unpleasant and doesn’t even engage in eye contact with you ., wasting more time around trying to turn on the phone , which was told to him it never turned on that’s the reason for the exchange after 15 min that he decides to leave , approaching the manager Billy to get him so the process can finish comes back with a if the Apple account isn’t available the phone can’t be given . Again said to him that the phone came defective Never turned on . If he were to continue he’s process on the tablet which had a question of if the phone was on or off , would have concluded the exchange. But he was so determined to not want to provide the new phone from the beginning , again train the staff so they understand protocols and customer service , saying to someone that they are a scammer and if there passport is American is such insulting . Especially if their job is to communicate efficiently with customer not make judgmental comments .
