This place is a disappointment, they give you the phone whenever they want, then they give you an appointment and when you get there they tell you that it is not the time they gave you and it is for later, they should monitor this place, a lot of injustice, your own countrymen treat you like garbage What a disappointment about this place, they made a resume for my husband because they never called him for a job. He decided to stop by the bookstore and the person who helped him told him that that was wrong, that it was an enemy who gave him that role. I would like to know where to report so many abuses that occur in that institution.

The people who work here are cheap, they take their time for everything, even answering the phone. More efficient staff are needed when you go in person, they look at you like a strange bug, they seem to have little desire to help you.

I understand that they are nonprofit, but the staffs need to pay attention to what they represent. I’ve been there three times to pick up diapers for my baby. Every time they ask me why I was there for, in a rude way. “ Why are you here for?” Not sure if it’s because I’m Asian or I look younger or they think I can’t speak English or something. The way they talk to me is just off. Regardless of what their intention was, it felt awful to be talked down that way.On top of that, I was there with my baby today to pick up diapers, the hour has changed without any notice on their website so I had to wait for an hour to get in. When I got in, I was asked to sign up on a piece of paper to get diapers. But for over 20 minutes, I wasn’t getting help. And there was no line of people waiting to be helped. I was there alone but I was being ignored.I did end up getting diapers but she handed me a box of diapers while I was carrying my baby in a carseat. No help whatsoever. The workers are pretty mean and just awful in that front desk and have no empathy for people who they are supposedly “helping”. Maybe it’s because I don’t look like them.

I want to mention that I typically avoid leaving negative reviews on Google, but in this case, I felt it was important to take the time to express my concerns. It is my hope that by bringing attention to the negative behavior of the front receptionist, the management will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure a more positive experience for visitors and staff in the future.

I can’t even believe they have 4 stars!! The staff is RUDE, and so careless!!!!! They never return messages! They take forever to get things done! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism even the manager never called me back. I am just so disgusted with them
