If you're looking for a loan definitely reach out to Suzanne. She was very detailed and thoroughly answered all my questions. Their interest rates and promotions are also probably better than any other bank/ credit union I've found in the area. Apply directly though because it seems all online applications get directed to the Middlebury branch.

Been using them for years and do not plan to change banks. Friendly, helpful, and personable. I have used them for everything from checking/savings to car loans, and personal consolidation loans. I wish I didn't have direct deposit just so that I can visit more often! Love them :-)

Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. If you want a personal touch, be remembered by name, and not feel treated like just an account number, then this is a Credit Union to be a member of. Almost worth changing careers to teaching just so you can bank here. (You can guess we have had good experiences here.)
