Really does a terrible job of answering their phone, and when they do the person that answered was dismissive and rude.I cannot wait to leave this bank.

We waited for one hour to wire transfer.they asked so many questions about my own money ,and the reason is security they said.I understand security but not one hour.because of them the first thing we will do close this bs account this week.
