Worst place place to open a business account.. after hours the kid have no clue what his doing

The service here is generally friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of having a branch nearby. However, I often find myself waiting longer than expected during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent bank, but there’s room for improvement in efficiency.

I typically use the drive-thru at this location. I've not been inside the ediface in WELL over a year. YET, I decided to enter the building today and ALL three tellers greeted me by name! They each recognized me from my having used the drive-thru. How lovely to be recognized like that! Lovely people!!! A pleasure to work... read full comment
