Shyanne is the best! I’ve shopped here for 4 different events in the span of a week and came in all different days and she helped me each time I came. She was super friendly, very attentive and just a beautiful girl! She would not let me leave until we found what I needed, you can tell she loves her job and loves helping people find clothing. Her sense of style is amazing! We need more retail workers like her in this world. Thank you Shyanne

The rudest, most cattiest store in the mall. Tried on a mini skirt that was too small due to the zipper and asked if there was a larger size. That was their largest size and I got a rude look by one of the employees. I get that it's a predominantly skinny girl store as im top heavy and well endowed below my waist but all brands are different with sizing. I can be a 2x in one store but still an xl elsewhere.
I worked in retail more than these brats have been alive and would never treat a customer this way.

I came in a few weeks ago and found a dress that I really liked but didn’t buy it that day because I planned to buy it online later. However I checked online and it was completely sold out except for one at the windsor store in Danbury. When I called they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my dress and set it aside for me to get it in store. I am extremely appreciative of their amazing customer service and will definitely visit back any other time I need a dress!

This Windsor has to be the best Windsor I’ve been in. Everything is so neat and clean. Staff are always so welcoming and the willingness to help the customer is great. So much to choose from! Love this store!

horrible experience i went to return a dress that was a “special occasion dress” the lady who told me that it was a special occasion dress when i bought it didnt make it clear that i couldn’t return the dress. the cashiers aren’t friendly and the woman who told me i couldn’t return it when i came back 2 days later with a receipt was really rude and the store has overall the dumbest policies. very inconvenient and frustrating i will not be back here

Hello, I want to report the windsor store inside of your mall as they have tried scamming me both of the 2 times I've went in there on seperate occasions, scanning items multiple times and only fixing it when I tell them they scanned my items multiple times and not saying anything then telling me to pay again, I spoke to some of my friends who also have went there and they did the same exact thing to them, I noticed the girl working there wasnt going to scan my item multiple times until the manager walked behind her and whispered something to her about me having money and then she scanned my item again. My friends have been overcharged and only noticing after they check the receipt and the store manager refuses to accept any responsibility.

The “manager” did not wanted to change a shirt that I bought in another Windsor store exactly one month ago and it is torn. I showed her the receipt and she simply did not feel like returning my money or changing the product. Extremely bad management.

After the first horrible experience I vowed never to go back, unfortunately I had no choice am no time to go to a different mall . This store and it’s management are terrible people. It was empty inside the store and all the associates were just standing around . No one could help me and when I asked they were rude and obnoxious. Trying to get a fitting room was impossible. They stalked me and even accused me of stealing saying I had a shirt in my hands and no longer have it ! How dare they I’m 62 yrs old ! I will be calling corporate.

Went to this store to look for a dress for my daughter to wear to her 8th graduation. Although they didn't have much in her size I would just go back for the customer service alone. The manager and her staff were very friendly even though they had customers being rude and driving them crazy! Spent some time talking to a few employees and the manager and would definitely go back because of their customer service alone! People need to realize during the busy season staff can only do so much and aren't miracle workers. Thank you for all your help!

Yesterday afternoon 6/9/23.. I went there and asked the cashier if I can use a fitting room , was rude and said to me the doors are open (blonde girl) after that I decided to try to open the large fitting room (reminder not a handicap and I was in the line) its for a family fitting room.. the manager ( Blonde lady)... comes up to me and says that I can't use it and to stand in the line .. she was rude (reminder also the girl behind me said to me you can take my spot and I said to her its ok ) I went up to her and told her that I was an employee there and that I never refused a costumer to use the fitting rooms.. she said to me that I was cutting the line and that the room is for handicap(large fitting room) .. I said to her that the fitting room is for people who have kids and its provided for them and for everybody.. its against the law to refuse a costumer .. very disappointed with the management ... the manager also refuse to give me her name .. I also believe she is races due to how she was treating a Latina.. thanks to her my daughter had a panic attack , crying for being in a small room

This store has really made a comeback! The manager, Tanya, is the BEST! She was so attentive and friendly. I went in for something to wear to my family Thanksgiving dinner. Tanya and Divena were so helpful and made sure I left with the perfect outfit. This store has quickly become one of my favorite stores in the mall! It has really turned around in the past year.

If I could give this review a zero I would. This was the absolute WORST costumer service I have ever dealt with. The “manager” was walking around the store while one young girl had a line that wrapped around the store. After 45 minutes waiting in line, the “manager” had to come approve a sale. I found a dress for $7.87. However it was ringing up as $20. The tag had 7.87 written on it and the “manager” that was clueless was fighting with us about the price that was WRITTEN on the tag. This was the most unprofessional encounter I have had. Instead of the manager that was uselessly walking around the store acting as if he was security, maybe he should learn costumer service.

Horrible customer service. No one was available to help with anything because there were only TWO employees in the whole store on a Saturday afternoon! One dressing room had to be closed, resulting in a line 15-20 people deep, and god forbid you took too long in the dressing room! Line to checkout was from the middle of the store to the entrance. I hope I never have to go back there. Yes, dresses are affordable but not worth the aggravation.
