One of the brothers was very kind. The other was rude and made me feel like a burden in a difficult time.
I would not recommend. There are plenty of other choices in the area. Would never choose here if I was the one arranging things.
To each their own though.

My wife passed away a year ago and I should have posted this then. This family was nothing short of amazing. They helped us with everything, patiently led us in the right direction, and made sure everything was taken care of. From calling hours to service to graveside it all went very smoothly.

Gagnon and Costello recently handled the services of my father-in-law. The staff are so professional and handled every detail with great care and attention. They are wonderful to work with. We were very glad to that we had chosen Gagnon and Costello. We will definitely use their services in the future, when the need arises.

Handled the funeral for my mother adequately. Seriously failed in patiently helping with obtaining death certificate from another state ("... don't know how Virginia works..."). I was forced to defer to their methods in getting ANY information on death certificate process, something I would have handled myself if I could. Now they won't help with cemetery concerns. I guess since I'm paid up, they consider their obligations complete.
