“I’m pretty sure we ended up here just because my wife liked the logo/sign displaying Black Walnut Farm. That, and we were in the area eating lunch and peeping on leaves as the peak of the season is near.Anyway, I digress. My wife seem to find several things she liked. Happy wife, happy life as they say.I even found a tin container of Jim Beam fudge. They sell Avery’s soda from New Britain, which is cool. There are lots of unique items for sale here, including some amusing hand towels…The woman running the store was nice.”

The Velvet Tomato is a quilt shop within Heart & Home. Beautiful fabrics and very reasonably priced! There is a huge selection of batiks and Halloween fabrics. Great sale section too! All located within a beautiful gift shop with unique items.”
