She is a rescue so wasn’t sure how she reacts with others trimming her nails. She thrashes and is uncontrollable when we tried before. I brought both of my dogs in and I was there a total of 15 minutes the most that’s with me talking and paying. Dapper dog was able to quickly and safely trim her nails and for an amazing price as well!!

We pre-paid for laser joint treatments, showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, and were ignored for 45 minutes. The poor dog. She's in agony, and you OVERBOOK, AND TAKE EVERY WALK IN, INSTEAD OF HELPING SOPHIE. We put your KID through VETERANARY SCHOOL, after SIX YEARS of having THREE DOGS seen there, at premium prices. THIS is how you THANK a KENEALY KENNELS senior SERVICE dog??!! It's very sad, because the veteran is distraught now, and questions whether he wants another service dog after his experiences there. Devastating.
