Poor customer service. Every time I go in, there's always an issue. I have to plan on spending at least 15 to 20 minutes for simple transactions that take no time at other banks.

They don’t answer the phone. So calls get routed to customer service that aren’t capable of addressing issues specific to a branch. Customer service just hangs up when they transfer to the branch.

The most inefficient branch you could ever go to. Completing a transaction is always time consuming. Customer service could be better.
