Rubina was exceptional in her welcome, professionalism and willingness to make my experience a pleasant one hence my review.Her gentle yet thorough explanation of getting a card so I can enjoy the discounts, which I was able to get with purchase, made it the more worth while shopping there that day.It's refreshing to experience such excellent customer service. You can’t speak to a live person and no one calls you back after leaving a message. Plus, if they don’t have your script they make you wait rather than finding another pharmacy that has it. Very very frustrating

I had to switch pharmacies as they are not able to be very helpful if there are any issues with insurance/prescription updates. I think they are understaffed, as if you call them they are clearly trying to get you off the phone and are not too helpful. The issue I had with them for weeks was solved immediately when working with another CVS.

I had worked at this cvs pharmacy for about 6-7 months now. Recently, I have put in a 2 week notice regarding resigning from my position as a pharmacy technician there. In all, although there were customers who would come in a little on edge, it has never affected me in anyway. That’s just what retail pharmacy entails and sometimes even for good reason. My main problem was with the toxic work environment.
The pharmacy manager, Madison L. Bouças— and her horrific attitude towards patients. There has been countless times where I would clock into shifts, and have my energy drained just by the way she interacts with our staff or customers. On different occasions, going back and forth with them about important medications and withholding them/not filling them because she didn’t like their attitude.
or not taking appointments, because they were a few minutes late.
all in all, do I think she’s a bad person? no, but I don’t think she’s a great fit for a pharmacist who can showcase compassion and empathy to her patients.
I understand that retail pharmacy can be challenging but even asking simple questions to certain staff can result in deep sighs and smart remarks..
Not just to me, but other techs/customers too.
Unfortunately, it never felt like a team. Just individuals who just so happened to work together.
I learned to keep my mouth shut and just do my tasks at hand, because you never knew when you’d be the next hot topic discussion behind your back.

This evening I picked up a script for a friend of mine and when I got to the register system shut down. The tech sana was very friendly and patient with me as I was kind of frustrated. She was very kind and helpful and she reassured me that she would wait for the system to reboot and then ring me out. Thank you so much to Sana for your great customer service.

Personally, I’ve been here before and the experience was decent. But my most recent pickup was on Friday, I was rung out by Sana. Sana is extremely friendly, helpful, and makes it a pleasure to get my pickups here. 10/10 experience!

The staff working at this pharmacy are incredibly rude. On numerous visits I have been interrupted by their staff when asking a question. They are impatient and think they know the answers to everything before you even ask. I am done shopping here.

This pharmacy is the most unprofessional place of business. Natajia or Natalia (pharmacy tech) was rude to multiple customers in front of me and when it was my turn, I also got the brunt end during our exchange. I have searched for a manager contact to discuss with them the experiences I’ve witnessed & been a part of, but unfortunately I am unable to find a contact person. I will not be returning there with my service, ever.

Can you give a -10? I called the pharmacy twice each time on hold for over 25 minutes. It is unacceptable that they do not answer their phone.

The pharmacy staff was rude and judgmental. They were unkind while I waited for my medication. They even engaged another customer to bother me as I waited. To the point where I had to say - I was doing nothing wrong but waiting silently feeling uncomfortable.

The one staffed pharmacist didn’t show up so the pharmacy was closed for the entire day. I had a vaccine appointment that I was getting text notifications about serval times through the day but somehow they never thought to actually notify us that the pharmacy was closed. Avoid this location
