Took my truck for a recall and thought they would be kind to do a curtesy multi point inspection which they didint. I called in to confirm it wasnt done and got hung up on and customer service really sucks! We need better reps answering the phones.

Poor customer service. Made an appointment on May 18 of 2023 for an oil change. I have asked the device adviser Michael if it was possible to get a ride to work, he said sure and told me where to wait as I was waiting. I found myself waiting for 20 mins then I went inside again to remind a staff member that I was still waiting then the gentleman said he will be right out. So I went back waiting no one. So then they called again for a staff member to come I wait another 15 mins and then i realized i was going to be late for work so I kindly asked the service adviser for my key back for my car and he did like no care in the world. So I will no longer take my car there for service anymore.

I just Picked up my new Silverado that I ordered thru H&L. this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Being out of state, the communication was stellar and the buying process was smooth. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and answer all questions I had. They all treat you like family. you have my Highest recommendation. Thank you H&L I will only buy car from you

The service center will take advantage of you with the fees that they charge and will quote parts well above market value. Shop around and do your research before coming here or you will be spending quite a bit of money.

I went to H + L Chevrolet because my engine repair light was on. I was quoted a $350 diagnostic test (2 hours of labor) and then quoted $2000 in repairs. I asked for an itemized quote. The quote charged me to replace 3 parts (one $550) and quoted for 6 hours of labor. Upon further investigation and a specific report from GM, the job is supposed to only take 1.7 hours and it is highly unlikely the $550 part needed to be replaced unless they opened up my engine. I asked for a photo of the broken $550 part- to which they admitted they couldn’t take because they never opened up my engine, just referenced error codes (which does NOT take the 2 hours I was quoted for). Upon pointing out all of these issues, they adjusted my bill from $2000 to $700. I’m absolutely disgusted by H + L manipulative way of deceiving customers to pay when they don’t know better.

Our experience at H&L Chevrolet this past Saturday was perfect. The entire crew (especially Sarah, our salesperson and her puppy Diesel) were absolute professionals from initial contact all the way through contract execution! We couldn’t be happier with our new Suburban! The nearly 4 hour round trip from home to dealership was ENTIRELY worth it!

The service department does not know what their doing. My uncle had his truck brought in for an engine replacement and they messed up the radiator by not following proper procedures recommended by GM. (In the photos attached). They do not take accountability of when they mess something up. I work for a GM dealership 1000 miles away and have shown multiple gm techs and two of our shop Forman’s the damage and they all agreed it is from not removing the radiator to replace the

Was visiting Stamford when I blew a tire that I couldn't replace. Called the service department at H&L and they were so super friendly and helpful. Where able to take care of my car quick and easy. Great service. Highly recommend.

The service here is very good but I just wish they would be better about mask wearing in the office during this time. I'm on the younger side but so many older people go there and it's not safe for them to have to face unmasked people at the service desks.

Very professional and work done as promised in the timeline given. Staff is friendly and always willing to listen. Andrew Randall is by far the best service manager I've encountered as an owner of two chevy vehicles. I would recommend Andrew and this dealership without hesitation!

Lou was an amazing sales guy! The GM Dave was great as well! They were both so helpful, not pushy and really sweet. After having a terrible experience at another dealership the night before, the way they treated me was refreshing and is the main reason I leased my truck! I highly recommend this dealership!
