Sarah is the best! Dealt with her for a few years and all our Chevy's. Always looks out for our best interest and knows our taste. The finance rep (forgot his name), was very helpful and nice going through the contracts and understanding. Will continue to go back!

Every time I need an oil change, scheduling an appointment is easy. Everyone is friendly, the waiting area is clean and the service doesn't take too long. Always leave satisfied.

Very nice customer service. I appreciate getting a ride from the shop to my home and back.I had an appointment so that made things easy. I am a long time Chevrolet owner and appreciate the small town feel and service. I would recommend to anyone.

Initially, my interaction when inquiring about a truck seemed promising. However, as the process continued, I became less impressed, particularly with Mrs. Brinsley‘s approach. She seemed to believe that dealer add-ons, which are essentially profit centers for the dealership, are standard everywhere, which I know is not true. Having purchased over 40 vehicles in my life, I had high expectations and was ready to make another purchase until I was met with a "take it or leave it" attitude.As someone with 12 years of experience as a sales manager, it became evident to me that the staff at this dealership could benefit from some serious training. It's disheartening to witness the loss of potential buyers who are genuinely ready, willing, and able to make a purchase. Nonetheless, I managed to find the model I desired with all the features I wanted, at a better price and trade-in value elsewhere. So, in an ironic way, I suppose I can thank the dealership for inadvertently guiding me to a more competent and accommodating option.

Bad experience with customer reps on phone, got hung up on (and their answer is that i was on the road when i was at work and its a quite enviroment because i work for a call center for a dealership) which i think is very funny and top rep was very rude. I brought my truck for a recall and thought they would do a courtesy multi-point inspection which they didn't. Crazy part is that i wasnt the one who brought my truck My father did and he said they SUCK . NEVER BUY CHEVY FROM HERE.

Took my truck for a recall and thought they would be kind to do a curtesy multi point inspection which they didint. I called in to confirm it wasnt done and got hung up on and customer service really sucks! We need better reps answering the phones.

What I liked about the dealership there was never any pressure and everyone treated me like a gentleman and a great experience so I appreciate you guys I would recommend you to anybody.

We all know how expensive it is having your car serviced at the dealer. Admittedly, my 2017 Chevy Volt seems to be one of the more challenging cars to work on. I get all that. But when the service rep called me up and said the car needed a new 12v battery (not the big battery), I figured, OK, what could they possibly charge? The answer: $510 I know it's not a fair comparison, but AAA would have charged $150. I called a few other Chevy dealers to inquire what they might charge: $275. So I grumbled a bit at their 50% higher charge, but I paid it. I called the dealership manager but never heard back.

Poor customer service. Made an appointment on May 18 of 2023 for an oil change. I have asked the device adviser Michael if it was possible to get a ride to work, he said sure and told me where to wait as I was waiting. I found myself waiting for 20 mins then I went inside again to remind a staff member that I was still waiting then the gentleman said he will be right out. So I went back waiting no one. So then they called again for a staff member to come I wait another 15 mins and then i realized i was going to be late for work so I kindly asked the service adviser for my key back for my car and he did like no care in the world. So I will no longer take my car there for service anymore.

We drove from Westchester to H&L because they had a new model we wanted in stock. Sarah Brinsley did a great job showing us the car and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a very good experience. I definitely recommend these guys.

Honestly every disappointed with the experience I had at this dealership. My husband was inquiring about the new Chevy Silverado 2500 and the first thing the sales person said to me was “you mean the 70,000 dollar car?” She should have never assumed that I couldn’t afforded that car. She then mentioned to get a preowned, probably because it is half the price, and I told her we were looking to buy a new one and not a used one. Sarah make us feel so uneasy and she even asked if we were from Russia cause my thick European accent. I do not recommend this dealership, if you are looking for a car and want some respect go else where. If I could give them minus 5 stars stars I would!!!
