After years of doing business with this dealership and service team I will be walking away. The dealership is not what it used to be and the entire customer experience has declined. The team works hard, but it seems as if they are always working harder then needed. And do not seem as happy. I was always friendly with the team, and never had an issue before. However, the last time I was in I felt there was a huge lack of professionalism across the board. And when it was brought to SR. managements attention, the efforts came off as very fake. Until my lease is up, I will be servicing my RR elsewhere. No need to reach out to me either to try to correct the matter or attempt to figure out who I am. Very unprofessional, and you should look at who you hire.

The entire staff at land rover Darien are some of the most professional individuals in the industry. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lee who is an absolutely awesome asset to Land Rover of Darien! Car shopping is exciting but can also be stressful when you aren't sure exactly the model, trim, etc you prefer. Lee was so kind, courteous and patient through every question we had and made the entire process a delight. Never once did we feel pressured or as if we were on a time crunch. The sales manager & finance manager were also very stand up individuals - hard to find nowadays in the car industry. I am pleased to say this dealership checks all the boxes and was so, so awesome to work with! I can't say enough great things about them! I have plenty of friends who love the brand and I will be sending them all here from now on.

I recently purchased two Vehicles from Land Rover Darien, my salesman Luke is amazing !!Luke is very honest , knowledgeable and listened my needs. He gave me amazing deals and was so kind..The sales manager Nick helped every step of the way to ensure I was happy and that my experience was positive.Recently I went back to purchase some items for my new Range Rover 2023, which may I add is an extraordinary vehicle!!! Steve another sales associate took the time to help me and found me exactly what I was looking for.The team at Land Rover Darien are amazing and I can say they have made me feel like it’s a family not just a dealership.This is definitely the place to come to purchase your next car and don’t forget to ask for Luke, you won’t, Regret it..

Rob Sabia, the service advisor assiting with my repair, is knowledgeable and courteous. I understood what my vehicle needed and what I was paying for. I have no clue how they have a rating so high. One of the worst service teams I have ever worked with. Went in for a standard maintenance and left with my rear camera not working(working when I brought it in) and a bill to fix for $1400. I called the service manager 3 times and left messages but he never called back. I asked them to see if there was a software update for the display and they ended up messing with the wiring. Disappointed to say the least. Please be careful what you ask them to check on... they might try to take advantage of you.

Excellent service at Land Rover Darien. Paul Bialy and the team do a great job keeping me up to date when my vehicle is being serviced. I had a windshield glass claim and Paul did an excellent job getting this resolved with insurance.
