“My 9 year old son and I stopped here on our way to Stamford. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with a friendly staff member. A big smile on his face and a hello. Offering help if we needed it. The store is spotless and well organized with a little something for everyone as well, as a nice selection of hardware products. Nothing in the store was out of place. It was like a breath of fresh air . Staff members came by and kindly asked if they could help us locate anything and when my son asked them a question they went out of their way to answer him even engaging in some friend conversation. We did end up purchasing some items . Cashier was very nice, quick and efficient and asked if we wanted to give our number for the rewards program. We did sign up . That was also a quick and easy process . We will definitely be back . We do visit some stores near by, so will make a trip again soon back to this location. Thank you. “I've been shopping at this Home Depot since they've originally opened. I've never had any problems with this store. The only issues that I've ever faced with customers who are very rude and inconsiderate to other shoppers and the staff. I love coming here over the Port Chester or the Norwalk stores because this one has more options available. Yes, the staff can be a little slow. However, they are always doing the best and are super friendly!!! Anytime I need help I can always find an available worker to help me out. I see that the other reviews on here criticize workers , however I don't believe that these are true and some of the "rude customers." Their garden section has amazing options, and they have everything from simple flowers two large landscaping items. This is a great place to find everything that you need .”
“This is how I wish all nurseries were done. The plants and flowers are sectioned out with great descriptions of each one making it super easy to self browse and select what you need. They also have a dedicated section to shade plants which is rare and is important in our area where we have lots of trees.”
“I love this Home Depot, I've never had any issues here (unlike Stamford's location). I will say, the layout in Stamford is better and easier to navigate. However, we were able to find what we needed and were even assisted with help (because climbing on shelves is frowned upon). This location is clean and well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful.”

“Stopped in here with a friend for a morning bite the other day. The staff were friendly and suggested some good food and drinks. We took their suggestions and enjoyed our meal. Alot of variety here and definitely very healthy choices if you're looking for a filling meal or snack. Check our the gardening section they have a lot. In the warmer months they have seating available.”

I have to say he went above and beyond helping us find the correct appliance , also a workbench that wasn't even part of his department.
The knowledge he provided on top of his great attitude and professionalism makes me want to look for him next time I need anything from Home Depot.
This guy deserves to be recognized, he's truly out there doing his best to help the customer in any way possible.
