I absolutely LOVE Pure Barre Darien, CT! Everyone from the owner to the staff are welcoming and kind. The workout is challenging, but even as a beginner, you don't feel out of place or unwelcome. It's a low impact, high result workout that leaves you feeling strong and empowered. I also love that they offer early morning classes to fit with my crazy schedule. Highly recommended Cece!

I took a Foundations class with CeCe. It turned out I was the only one that night, which was a great first time trying it. Seems like classes are typically small anyway which is nice for personal attention. It was my first ever barre class and she was great to make sure I was getting the movements right and showing me possible modifications. She was so nice and with a warm attitude and it was a pleasant experience and I definitely felt like I got a good workout. Otherwise the studio was very clean, with ample parking when I went.

I cannot even begin to explain how Pure Barre has changed my life for the better. I came across Pure Barre when I was a class pass member, it had been something that I have always wanted to try but never really had the courage to take a fitness class. I still remember my first time going I was so nervous but here we are 3 years later and 400+ classes in and I still love it. The workout is awesome high intensity but low impact and truly a full body workout. Pure Barre focuses on small isometric holds and movements that will have your muscles shaking by the end of class. I cannot recommend this place enough… whether you are a beginner to fitness or a seasoned pro you will surely get a great workout in and all under an hour. The part that I love most about this place is the community it has built in my life and the life long friends I have made along the way. 10/5 stars.

I’ve been coming to this studio for a while and really enjoy the tough, but low impact classes. The instructors are great and helpful when you need it. I can normally get into a class last minute, which is great, although the weekend classes usually fill quickly.

I’ve been loving Pure Barre and the women at this studio. I mostly attend Lea’s classes and she is wonderful. Would recommend :-).

HORRIBLE experience, the women was incredibly rude when I walked in and this was not even real barre. This was some kind of fake barre/cardio aerobic class. Join Forme or Greenwich barre studio if you want a real barre class.

During this pandemic, it’s been tough to stay motivated to work out at home all the time! I’m glad I started coming into PB in Darien for the fun/intense classes while also staying covid-safe. The class sizes are super small/spread out and all equipment is sanitized before and after class. It’s refreshing to feel safe AND strong!

Pure Barre Darien has gotten me out of my pandemic funk! Temp check at the front door, equipment cleaned twice between classes, minuscule and spread out class sizes—covid safety is clearly top priority followed by the best work out perfect for helping me reach my goals.

I am absolutely in love with this studio. The location is great and very easy to get to from Stamford. The studio is super clean and very welcoming. The Barre instructors have all been amazing and made every experience here a joy. There may only be 3 different options for classes but trust me it is all you need.
