I recently had my car washed at Splash Car Wash, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, providing top-notch service with a smile. I must commend the manager for their exceptional attention to customer satisfaction. The car looks spotless, and I couldn't be happier. Five stars without a doubt!Services: Scratch removal

I live in Norwalk now and I had been looking all over for a self service car wash, well my journey is finally over! There are absolutely no self service car washes in a 30 mile radius from here, so I was real excited to hear about splash having them. The experience was great, amazing pressure from the power washer, place was clean. I’m so happy i found this place and I plan to come back next time I need a wash!

Got "The Works" for $42 including tax on Saturday, November 11, 2023. The team left smudges all over my windshield and passenger windows, and a poorly vacuumed interior. Save your money or go somewhere else. Darien Car Clinic located 30 seconds away has better quality service at lower prices.

Go here if you enjoy paying for mediocrity.I got the “full service” and my car was barely cleaned. It comes with “thorough vacuuming” (per their website) but half of my car was not vacuumed. And I don’t mean that they kinda vacuumed, I mean that the entire passenger side and back seats were not vacuumed at all. They only did the driver seat to pretend it was vacuumed. On the exterior, it was not fully dried and had some splashes of soap still on it.They rush you out, so I noticed all of this when I got home. I went back and told them that there must have been a mistake because it was not vacuumed. They vacuumed again with no effort.. my car left, once again, half clean.I decided not to waste my time trying with them and accept the fact that I wasted $30 and 30 minutes of my time. I recommend you save yourself the hassle. The photos are how my car looked like AFTER the “car wash”

One of few car washes that go above and beyond from the guys greeting to the people ringing up and the guys clean in the car. Everyone does an amazing job. The detail service here is impeccable. Will leave your car looking like it just left the dealer I come here almost every day just to see the guysServices: Scratch removal

Splash Car Wash has become a routine stop for me, and I consistently request the services of Franklin upon arrival, as his expertise truly stands out. In Franklin's absence, there's a noticeable difference, whether it's an unvacuumed area or a spot on the car. Franklin truly goes the extra mile, taking the time to carefully check my vehicle before handing it back, and this attention to detail always ensures it's in top-notch condition. Oscar’s full car detail is also fantastic. My monthly membership is absolutely worth every penny.Services: Polishing

I saw the bad reviews but I desperately needed my car washed after having kids destroy my car for months and never having the time to stop and get it done. I didn't want to drive down to Stamford to get one but I should have for nearly half the price. I hoped that the experience of others wouldn't be my experience so I gave them a shot! Very disappointing. First, the prices are high in comparison to other places. I paid nearly $50 ($48) for the full service wash and included my mats. I pay half of that in Stamford for the same service. Nonetheless, the full service included vacuuming. The photo attached is my car AFTER my wash and "vacuum", LOL. I can't make this up. When I confronted them about this, I was told that it's because I needed an upgraded package. That their vacuums can't get into tight spaces. So if i went with the package that I was quoted at $78, they would have found a vacuum to get into the tight spaces? Yeah, NO! Unacceptable. If the base package that I asked for includes vacuuming, then VACUUM! TF? I didn't ask for a detail or for additional surfaces to be cleaned outside of what's included in the package. I asked for what was included to actually be INCLUDED and executed properly! Simple. I won't ever be back to this location even though I have a golden ticket. Maybe I'll be able to use it at a different location. A location that actually has good reviews. Smh

Never ending headaches for a "unlimited" member. Do one-time only customers get better service I wonder? See photos from 8/5/23. I tell them not to do interior windows, because they spray or leave cleaner everywhere except the windows. They did them anyway! Look how they put your mats back ?Self-serve bays are a joke btw. The only thing being self-served is their bank account, not the customers cars ?.Here is how the $5 scam works.1. You slide your cc for timer/credit.2. The timer does not let you know the cc is being processed, so you walk away thinking it's not working.3. 30 seconds or so later, all of a sudden, it starts working with a countdown. 4 or 5 minutes, I forget, but you might lose 30 seconds after the "surprise, I'm working now" moment, and trying to select options WHILE ITS COUNTING DOWN!4. You have no time to prep, or spend time washing/scrubbing anything because THE TIMER DOES NOT PAUSE, even thought there is a huge "STOP" nob/selector.5. The stop selector does not work (I'm assuming on purpose), so you are forced to run around your vehicle, trying desperately to hit all the nooks and crannies. Why even have the "stop" button? Oh, I know....to get your to waste more time figuring out it does not work ?6. Designed for Flash, Super Man, Ultra CrossFit athletes or Usain Bolt. Good luck trying to get a quality wash with the 5 minutes you are allowed.7. I was able to soak the car & two wheel wells with soap, and than had to spend another $5 to use the rinse. No time to brush, or sponge anything. Don't waste your time trying anything else but the soap and rinse options, because thats really the only thing you will have time for. Better off, don't waste your time at this self serve at all.Overall, expect to spend at least $10, and not have any time to get wheel wells, under carriage, truck bed, etc. I felt like it was a rigged carnival game, where your chance of winning (a clean car) is almost impossible. Well, not unless you want to spend $50+ on a self wash ?To the owner. Please post a video of you cleaning a car (properly), with the setup you currently have for only $5. A dirty car btw, not one that just got detailed, and has dust on it. Need a good laugh.

Don’t waste your money or time going here. I paid $74 to get my car wash yesterday and when I got home and double check I notice the outside as well as couple areas were not cleaned. I called and was told to come back the following day to get it rewash which I did and was told they would fix it. When I got my car it was still dirty even after pointing out the areas you can visible see. The tires were not even touched or wash. They did a horrible job. Very unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

Our au pair from Spain brought our car here for a car wash and asked to have the car cleaned inside and outside. She then texted us and said she would wash it next time because of how expensive it was... $200. No car wash should ever cost that much. Splash took advantage of her naivete and charged her for expensive detailing that, had she know the cost/what it entailed, would have said no. Just seems criminal.

As an unfortunate addendum to my initial negative review of Splash Car Wash, I found myself compelled to share my most recent encounter. After having written my first review, I attempted to use their service again, only to be met with an appalling level of hostility. An employee named Oscar recognized me from my previous review and immediately confronted me. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he resorted to cursing and suggesting that I enjoyed spreading negative impressions of his business. The worst part, however, was their outright refusal to wash my car, despite my unlimited car wash pass. This is not only a breach of our agreement but a gross violation of basic customer service ethics. This follow-up experience at Splash Car Wash only exacerbates the concerns I initially voiced. Not only does the company engage in manipulative pricing and unprofessionalism, but they also actively silence and retaliate against customers who voice their dissatisfaction. This is not the standard of service we should accept. It is indeed a sad state of affairs when a business reacts with hostility and denial of service rather than taking feedback as a chance to improve. I reiterate my previous advice: proceed with extreme caution if considering their services.
