The customer service was great but sadly my phone was beyond repair. Danny was very helpful in explaining what he tried to do but unfortunately the motherboard was beyond repair.

My brokerage account had been hacked and the broker suggested that I get the PC cleaned. I brought the PC to uBreakiFix and they cleaned it the same day. Very good service.

I came to Ubreakifix with not only a broken back screen to my iPhone but also a recently broken leg. I was very happy with the service I received from Danny Bou. He was friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic to my broken leg and was able to repair my phone’s shattered back screen in a timely fashion. I really appreciated the service I received today. Danny was absolutely amazing. I was unable transfer all my data since I didn’t have iCloud back up. My phone was completely dead and I was told by other companies everything was lost. Absolutely terrible communication. When I spoke with someone over the phone, they were extremely rude. After weeks of no updates and several attempts to get through by phone, I left a message and never got a call back.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the time I entered the store. Danny was very professsional, knowledgeable, and efficient with fixing my PS5.
