Like everything in this area of area, Connecticut, rude and arrogant they close for lunch. This is not Europe or South America. I’ve worked at the Postal Service in Armonk and Somers, New York and nobody closes for lunch. This is one of the worst post office is as far as efficiency, and as far as attitude, I’ve ever seen in my life.

Applied for my passport today at this location. Made an appointment and it only took about ten minutes! Super duper easy, friendly, no fuss at all. Even had my photo taken for the passport there. Would definitely recommend to use this location for passport needs. New location in Goodwives has a ton of easy parking and it wasn't busy when I went at 2pm

The WORST experience ever !!!!! Trying to get answers on 2 different packages with them the man working there just told me well wait untill you hear something!! How am i suppose to wait if it says delivered and it was not what am i suppose to wait for!!! Then he send me off to another location who also told me well sorry can’t do anything!!!

Went in for my appointment for a passport, was ushered with my daughter right in to Postmaster’s (Mistress’s!) office, treated incredibly well, caring, courteous, and SPEEDY!! Thank you so very much!

If you want your mail to reach it's destination, DO NOT LEAVE IT HERE! My bill payments have been lost not once but several times with one of them (electricity payment) being returned with undeliverable stamp on it! I posted a payment to City of Stamford for parking violation THAT NEVER REACHED THEM! I now use the mail department at work here in Stamford. APPALLING SERVICE! (less than one star if I could)

One of the worst locations. All but one of the employees are rude and unfriendly. None of them are able to do their jobs completely… even though they’ve been there decades

Lose packages, don't respond to missing mail inquiries, send delivery notices a week after delivery was made.

This location may be in need of updating but the employees are all wonderful! I have never once in over 20 years of using this location have I ever had an issue with them. Occasionally when temporary or transferred staff come in from other locations to fill in, deliveries can get a little messy and yes per USPS when a employee first starts working, they are not provided a uniform until later - but they are advised to wear appropriate and comfortable clothing. Be kind to the postal workers, they are out there every day delivering your packages.

I haven't been there but my postal service says my package has been there for 8 days all other post office can get First Class in 3 days. Next time I buy online I'll make sure it's not this post office
