“The Grinch has been a long time client of Manfredi Jewelers in New Canaan. Not many people know this, but ever since his heart grew three sizes that day, he has had an eye for fine jewelry and luxury watches. I think it’s his new found “Sparkle”. Whether he has his green eye set on an Engagement Ring for Martha May Who, the Rolex James Cameron DeepSea or nice pair of earrings for Cindy Lou, he has always counted on the team at Manfredi. “Been here twice both for screen replacement. First time around definitely not a pleasant experience as was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the screen over the phone yet when I dropped off the phone they said it take about one hour. After waiting almost 2 hours I left the phone there till the next day. Also I was told they would have temporary replacement phones but once at store they said they don't have that option at that store but suggested, I should just purchase a new one and then return it. (I didn't do that.)Second time around Booked the first or second appointment in the next morning. They said it Would take about one hour to fix. , I left the mall and within 20 minutes received a text saying my phone was finished. Just very inconsistent in this aspect.”
