Absolutely horrible experience - mailed 2 packages & neither package was delivered to the correct address. I was told that the area was 'not safe' which is absurd. I've had packages mailed to these two locations several times thru USPS without issues. Amazon delivers packages weekly without any problems. Manager was rude and unapologetic. Denied any type of refund or credit. I will not return to this store.

Came here to ship a package today. There is a shopping plaza parking lot so plenty of spaces. Went inside, it's small on the inside. But they had full staff. I was in and out very quickly and staff was friendly. No complaints would use this location again.

I went to the UPS store in goodwives plaza to return a hotplate to Amazon and needed a box for it. The girl told me the price for the box would be $16.95 !! Come on folks really lol that's a bit ridiculous don't you think !? Needless to say I'll be visiting package shippers in Norwalk or Stamford from now on.

These guys do an excellent job of serving their customers. I would (and have) paid up to avoid going to the Post Office to return various items. They are polite, very responsive and a place you can rely on.

Shout-out to Sean, a wonderful employee at the UPS in Goodwives Shopping Ctr, Darien, who helped me unload 2 heavy bags of old papers that needed shredding and even helped stuff them into the Iron Mountain containers, saving me time. On top of being about 50¢ cheaper per lb. than the UPS on Main Ave. in Norwalk, they also honored a corporate UPS coupon that other stores I contacted said may not work at their respective franchise, saving me even more money. UPS on Old King's Hwy is now my go-to UPS store!

I've been using this UPS store since my daughter went off to college to Florida in September and have had great experiences with both the staff and the service. Even in this time of CoVid, everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful and has gone above and beyond--from adding extra tape to offering the box packing service they offer. And they're efficient...it's pretty much: go in, drop off, take receipt and out! With the USPS having some issues recently, I'm happy to have this location to help me get my packages where they need to go.

I'd like to share my experience on the day before Thanksgiving. I had two prepaid boxes to drop off, one UPS and the other USPS which is normally accepted in the UPS stores. I've been a loyal customer for many years at this location. I was told by an associate in no uncertain terms "this store no longer accepts USPS packages." Really? what would it of taken to give me a one time goodwill courtesy and accept the prepaid USPS box and help save me time on this busy Thanksgiving weekend ?!

The owner Marco is amazing. I had 4 very large boxes delivered to my house that required a signature, so they were taken to this location for pick-up when no one was home. Given they were too large to fit in my SUV, he offered to personally take them to my house in his van the next morning. So friendly and such good customer service. Highly recommended!

I would give this store 0 if I could on account of it's bad customer service. I walked in with a smile planning on shipping an iPad to my nephew and left in tears with the iPad in hand. Michael was the culprit. He argued with me over something he was wrong about (which I confirmed later he was in fact wrong!) then dismissed me by putting his hand up and saying 'whatever'. People can be wrong, but the way he spoke to me was not okay. He should be ashamed of himself. I will never visit this store again.

This is a pretty good UPS Store. I went to drop off a package here, and the staff was friendly and took care of the package without any fuss. A satisfying experience.

Mark the owner and his crew are top notch and extremely helpful. Mark with his connections and savoir faire helped me immensely recently. I drive an extra amount to get their service and am never disappointed.

As good as it gets. Stellar experience. They packed and shipped a valuable item to Europe via DHL and all went smoothly. Also, shipped a box domestically via UPS that I had packed. The fragile items arrived damaged and UPS denied the $100 insurance claim. Store manager Marcos contested corporate's denial and they reversed their decision. The store kept me posted along the way and followed up by mailing me the check when they received it. I appreciated attention and commitment.
