“Great little office--I usually stop in a few times a month to drop off my ups prepaid packages. the ladies here are great! they even go above and beyond to help customers ship amazon returns (which they cant do with the qr codes so they are not making a sale but helping people anyway). im always in and out quickly.”

The facility was easy to maneuver and very accessible. We emptied our unit today after 6 months and everything was in great shape. There were no bugs, no rodents, it was just as we had left it. “The Dayville Staples is in a very rural area. It's a tech mecca. I sometimes compare prices on products online. I could save a little. If something goes wrong the techs have always been first-rate. "Just bring it in." A two-minute job is usually at no cost. Thanks”

“Im so glad this post office has its own phone number. I needed to find out the status of my package because it said delivered when it wasnt, i call the regular usps number and its a robot and i just cannot talk to a human no matter what i said.
I call my post office (this one) and get to actually talk to a person immediately and they helped me figure out what was going on with my package thank you so much”

“Place looks like a house and if not for the small sign, you probably would have no idea that it is indeed a post office. It's right across the street from Neil Cook Memorial Park and a small baseball field. It's also next-door to a church. The postal workers here are VERY nice and friendly. I don't think I ever encountered a rude worker at this location... This location is NEVER BUSY. I don't think I have ever seen a person here- while I was here. They do have PO Boxes, as I've seen them in the lobby. Not sure what type of services they offer- because of how small of a location it is. But this is an ideal post office because it is NEVER busy! It's convenient for people who live in the area. I work in the area and I occasionally have to ship packages so I will just bring them with me and stop when I pass by one. This one is often on my route. JUSY AN FYI : Everyone that doesn't have a printer beware, NEARLY every time I try to print a label from a QR code they have an issue with it. So if you're trying to print from a QR code. Save yourself the trip- and just go to a different one. It's happened to me at least 5x here and I do not come here frequently!!!”

“I have been coming here for years and while it was fifty/fifty at some points the office has had a rebirth! The new postmaster was super helpful and kind! Along with the rest of the staff Pomfret is in good hands! Feels like Cheers when I walk in now!!”
